Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie kabiny natryskowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kabine natryskowa w widoku z przodu, fig.2- kabine w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.3-kabine w widoku z boku, fig.4- kabine w widoku z drugiego z boku, fig.5- zblizenie na kolumne narozna z dyszami natryskowymi i na prysznic górny od wnetrza kabiny, fig.6- zblizenie naprysznic górny w widoku od dolu, a fig.7- zblizenie na prysznic górny w widoku z góry. Kabina natryskowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majaca postaó bryly, której podstawa ma zarys trójkata prostokatnego z lukowata przeciwprostokatna, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sciana przednia kabiny utworzona jest przez wypukle przezroczyste drzwi oraz dwie boczne, przezroczyste scianki, kazda o zarysie prostokata. We wnetrzu kabiny znajduja sie: narozna kolumna z czterema dyszami natryskowymi, centralne dwa regulatory, prysznic reczny podwieszony w osi kolumny naroznej oraz prysznic górny usytuowany w oslonie majacej ksztalt walca, która jest polozona na dwóch wspornikach ponad narozna kolumna. Glowica prysznica górnego ma wypukla sciane dolna, która stanowi sitko, w polu, którego widocznych jest piec wypuklych pierscieni, a w polu kazdego pierscienia znajduja sie koliste otworki. Posrodku sitka usytuowane sa trzy stozkowate wypuklosci z centralnymi otworkami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6 FIG.7 PL3/ Peter KOLIN The design registration is valid from: June 11, 2003 Priority: December 13, 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a shower cabin. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the shower cabin. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the shower cabin in a front view, fig. 2 - the cabin in a perspective view from above, from the front, and from the side, fig. 3 - the cabin in a side view, fig. 4 - the cabin in a second side view, fig. 5 - a close-up of the corner column with shower nozzles and the overhead shower from inside the cabin, fig. 6 - a close-up of the overhead shower from below, and fig. 7 - a close-up of the overhead shower from above. This industrial-style shower enclosure, shaped like a solid with a right-angled triangle base and an arched hypotenuse, has the following key features: the front wall of the enclosure is formed by a convex transparent door and two transparent side walls, each rectangular in shape. The enclosure's interior includes a corner column with four shower nozzles, two central regulators, a hand shower suspended along the axis of the corner column, and an overhead shower located in a cylindrical enclosure resting on two supports above the corner column. The overhead shower head has a convex lower wall, which acts as a strainer, with five convex rings visible in the area of each ring, and circular holes in the area of each ring.
