Sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 17 maja 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sygnalizator akustyczno- optyczny, stanowiacy element skladowy instalacji alarmowej, przeznaczony do montowania w pomieszczeniach zamknietych jak równiez na zewnatrz budynków. Sygnalizator moze tez byc umocowany do scian budynku, do ogrodzenia lub w innych miejscach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac sygnalizatora, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz elementach wyposazenia i zdobienia.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l- przedstawia sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - w widoku z góry, zas fig. 3 - w widoku z boku. Sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie fig.4 - ilustruje sygnalizator w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - w widoku z góry, natomiast fig. 6 - w widoku z boku. Sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem jest wykonany, korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze sygnalizator jest uksztaltowany w formie splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych obrzezach. Bryla w widoku z góry ma zarys prostokata, którego naroza sa zaokraglone. Czesc czolowa 1 sygnalizatora stanowi srodkowy segment 2 i boczne segmenty 3 i 3A, polaczone ze soba w jedna calosc. Czesc czolowa 1 jest posrodku wypukla, wypukloscia skierowana na zewnatrz. Przylegajace do srodkowego segmentu 2 wzdluz lukowo wygietych krawedzi 4 i 4A boczne segmenty 3 i 3A maja boki 5 i 5A zaokraglone. Boczne segmenty 3 i 3A sa wykonane z przezroczystego, barwionego materialu, przy czym ich kolor kontrastuje z barwa pozostalej czesci sygnalizatora. The industrial design is for an acoustic-optical alarm device, a component of an alarm system, intended for installation indoors or outdoors. The device can also be attached to building walls, fences, or other locations. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the alarm device, according to the proposed solution, manifests itself in its shape, surface properties, and fittings and decorative elements. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the acoustic-optical alarm device in a perspective view, Fig. 2 in a top view, and Fig. 3 in a side view. The acoustic-optical signaling device is also shown in the attached photograph, where Fig. 4 illustrates the signaling device in a perspective view, Fig. 5 in a top view, and Fig. 6 in a side view. The acoustic-optical signaling device, in accordance with the proposed solution, is made, preferably of plastic. Among the significant features of the industrial design are that the signaling device is shaped as a flattened block with rounded edges. The block, viewed from above, has a rectangular outline with rounded corners. The front part 1 of the signaling device consists of a central segment 2 and side segments 3 and 3A, joined together into a single unit. The front part 1 is convex in the center, with the convexity facing outward. Adjacent to the central segment 2 along the arc-shaped edges 4 and 4A are the side segments 3 and 3A, which have rounded sides 5 and 5A. The side segments 3 and 3A are made of a transparent, colored material, their color contrasting with the color of the rest of the signaling device. EBS Sp. z o.o.
