Cegielski Przedsiebiorstwo Panstwowe, Poznan (Poland) The system of suspension elements damping vibrations of rotating machines The subject of the invention is the arrangement of suspension elements vibration damping machines, especially heavy axial fans. Various types of rubber and rubber-metal shock absorbers are known, placed in the horizontal plane between the base of the rotating machine and the structure on which it is set. In this known solution, the shock absorbers are subject to relatively quick wear and their possible strengthening causes an unfavorable stiffening of the suspension. These inconveniences are not present in the arrangement of the suspension elements which dampen the vibrations according to the invention. The essence of the invention consists in the use of single suspensions consisting of an angle lever and two shock absorbers and arranged symmetrically in pairs opposite to each other in one plane. The single suspension comprises an angle levers pivotally fixed to the foundation by means of a pin located in near the corner of the lever. At the ends of the two arms of the lever, shock absorbers are attached simultaneously to the base of the machine in such a way that one of the shock absorbers is vertical or almost vertical and the other is horizontally or almost horizontally. The force exerted on the vertically positioned damper 2C via the rigid angular lever is also transferred to the horizontally disposed damper. If the lever arms are of equal length, the forces acting on the shock absorbers are equal. If both shock absorbers with the same characteristics are used, their deflections will be equal. The described dependences occurring in the arrangement of the suspension elements according to the invention make it possible to conveniently adjust the damping force and deflection in the vertical and horizontal directions by changing the ratio of the lever arm length. According to a further feature of the invention, the vertical damper is designed so as to be able to absorb both downward and upward forces. For this purpose, a double-acting damper of any design can be used as a vertical damper. or two compression dampers assembled on both sides of the machine base plate on a common bolt. This arrangement of the suspension elements according to the invention provides effective damping of vibrations in rotating machines occurring in all directions in a plane perpendicular to the machine axis and at the same time secures joint structures hands before transmitting vibrations. 561013 56101 4 The subject of the invention is described in more detail in the embodiment shown in the drawing. An axial fan 1 provided with a base 2 of a plate 3 is suspended on two pairs of shock-absorbing devices. Each device consists of an angular isosceles lever, a double shock absorber 5 positioned vertically and a shock absorber 6 mounted horizontally. Single shock absorbers 5 are placed on both sides of the plate 3 and connected by a common bolt. Lever 4 is pivotally fastened to the foundation 7 by via the pin 8. PL
