Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czesc myjaca szczoteczki do zebów. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, czesc myjaca szczoteczki do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Wzór czesci myjacej szczoteczki do zebów uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czesc myjaca szczoteczki do zebów ,w widoku z góry, fig.1A - w przekroju A-A z fig. 1, fig.1B- w przekroju B-B z fig. 1, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - w widoku perspektywicznym z góry. Na fig. 1,1A,1B, 2,3,4 glówke i raczke szczoteczki do zebów zaznaczono liniami przerywanymi wylacznie dla celów ilustracyjnych i nie stanowia one czesci zastrzeganego wzoru. Czesc myjaca szczoteczki do zebów sklada sie z dwóch grup peczków szczeciny. Peczki te maja zarys okragly i sa usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi symetrii. Pierwsza grupa peczków szczeciny jest umieszczona na przedzie szczoteczki i jest utworzona z dwóch koncentrycznych okregów przy czymokrag zewnetrzny jest otwarty w kierunku drugiej grupy peczków. Druga grupa ma peczki ulozone na dwóch lezacych jeden za drugim lukach, za którymi sa umieszczone blisko siebie dwa peczki usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi symetrii. Peczki szczeciny sa róznej wysokosci. Koncówki peczków szczeciny obu grup sa równo poziomo przyciete wzdluz linii prostej przy czym wewnetrzne peczki sa nizsze zewnetrzne peczki. Cechami istotnymi czesci myjacej szczoteczki do zebów jest to, ze sklada sie z dwóch grup peczków szczeciny. Peczki te maja zarys okragly i sa usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi symetrii. Pierwsza grupa peczków szczeciny jest umieszczona na przedzie szczoteczki i jest utworzona z dwóch koncentrycznych okregów przy czym okrag zewnetrzny jest otwarty w kierunku drugiej grupy peczków. Druga grupa ma peczki ulozone na dwóch lezacych jeden za drugim lukach, za którymi sa umieszczone blisko siebie dwa peczki usytuowane symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi symetrii- jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1, fig 1A, fig 1B, fig 2, fig 3,fig.4. With regard to the known products of this type similar in form, the washing part of the toothbrush according to the industrial design distinguishes a new form in the shape and arrangement of the lines. The cleaning part of the toothbrush consists of two groups of bristles. These bundles have a circular outline and are symmetrical about the longitudinal axis of symmetry. A first group of bristle tufts is located at the front of the brush and is formed of two concentric circles with the outer circle opening towards the second tuft group. The second group has bundles arranged on two gaps one after the other, behind which are placed close to each other two bundles symmetrically about the longitudinal axis of symmetry. The bristle bundles are of different heights. The tips of the bristle bundles of both groups are evenly trimmed horizontally in a straight line with the inner bundles being lower on the outermost bundles. The essential features of the cleaning toothbrush part is that it consists of two groups of bristles.
