Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczoteczka do zebó . W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, szczoteczka do zebów wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Na fig. 2.1 - 2.7 wlókna szczoteczki do zebów zaznaczone sa liniami przerywanymi wylacznie dla celów ilustracyjnych i nie stanowia czesci zastrzeganego wzoru. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru szczoteczka do zebów ma trzonek w ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonego, pochylonego stozka, polaczony z glówka w ksztalcie zblizonym do plytki o zarysie owalnym. Trzonek ma podstawe w ksztalcie splaszczonego kola. W czesci grubszej trzonek ma dwa przewezenia, zas w czesci cienszej jest lukowo wygiety, na glówce umieszczone sa równo przyciete wlókna, rozmieszczone na obszarze o zarysie odpowiadajacym owalnemu zarysowi glówki, usytuowane w peczkach o zarysie okraglym w rzedach, w równych wzajemnych odstepach. W drugiej odmianie wzoru szczoteczka do zebów ma trzonek w ksztalcie zblizonym do wydluzonego, pochylonego stozka, polaczony z glówka w ksztalcie zblizonym do plytki o zarysie owalnym. Trzonek ma podstawe w ksztalcie splaszczonego kola. W czesci grubszej trzonek ma dwa przewezenia, zas w czesci cienszej jest lukowo wygiety. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the toothbrush according to the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape and line arrangement. In the first design variant, the toothbrush has a handle in the shape of a roughly elongated, inclined cone, connected to a head in the shape of a roughly oval plate. The handle has a base in the shape of a flattened circle. The thicker portion of the handle has two constrictions, while the thinner portion is curved. The head features evenly cut fibers, arranged in an area with an outline corresponding to the oval outline of the head, arranged in tufts of a circular outline, in rows, at equal intervals. In the second design variation, the toothbrush has a handle shaped like an elongated, tilted cone, connected to a head shaped like an oval-shaped plate. The handle has a base shaped like a flattened circle. The thicker section of the handle has two narrowings, while the thinner section is curved. The essential features of the toothbrush in the first design variation are a handle shaped like an elongated, tilted cone, connected to a head shaped like an oval-shaped plate.
