Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa, majaca przeznaczenie jako element oswietleniowy pomieszczen mieszkalnych. Stojace lampy, przeznaczone do oswietlenia pomieszczen mieszkalnych, maja zamocowana w ksztaltowej, zwykle kolowej podstawie, pionowa rure, bedaca statywem, ma której mocowane sa oprawy zródla swiatla z odblysnikiem lub odblysnikami, ewentualnie z abazurem. Odblysnik ma zwykle ksztalt * reflektorka lub ksztalt zblizony do talerza. W niektórych odmianach odblysniki mocowane sa na gietym lub przegubowym ramieniu, mocowanym do pionowej rury. Lampa wedlug wzoru ma na kolowej podstawie zamocowana pionowa rure, symbolizujaca maszt. Do rury tej w jej dolnej i górnej strefie zamocowany jest wzdluzny, ksztaltowy element o zmiennej szerokosci, majacej maksimum w polowie dlugosci elementu, którego krawedzie boczne w punkcie górnym i dolnym sa polaczone. Element ten jest tak wygiety, ze z rura stykaja sie przeciwlegle krawedzie, zas w strefie srodka oddalony jest maksymalnie od rury. Element ten, bedacy odblysnikiem, a jednoczesnie abazurem, symbolizuje zagiel rozpiety na maszcie z wygieciem od wiatru. Wzdluz tworzacej rury, w strefie miedzy punktami jej styku z elementem symbolizujacym zagiel, zamocowane sa zarówki, tak, ze strumien swiatla pada na wewnetrzna powierzchnie elementu ksztaltowego, ulegajac rozproszeniu.Lampa wykonana jest z metalu o wysokiej gladkosci powierzchni i pokryta jest galwaniczna warstwa ozdobna. Lampe wedlug wzoru uwidoczniono w schemacie na rysunku, ma którym, na fig. 1 przedstawiono lampe w widoku z boku, zas na fig, 2 równiez w widoku z boku, obrócona wedlug fig. 1 o 90°. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt oslony - odblysnika lampy, bedacy wzdluznym, bedacego wzdluznym, elementem o zmiennej szerokosci, majacej maksimum w strefie polowy wysokosci lampy. Element jest tak wygiety, ze z rura pionowa styka sie przeciwleglymi krawedziami, zas w strefie srodka jest maksymalnie oddalony od rury. Cecha istotna wzoru jest równiez miejsce zamocowania opraw zarówek, oswietlajacych element oslonowy. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a lamp intended as a lighting element for residential spaces. Floor lamps intended for residential lighting have a vertical tube mounted on a shaped, usually circular base, serving as a tripod, to which light source fixtures with a reflector or reflectors, or possibly a lampshade, are mounted. The reflector is usually shaped like a spotlight or similar to a plate. In some varieties, the reflectors are mounted on a bent or articulated arm attached to the vertical tube. The lamp, according to the design, has a vertical tube mounted on a circular base, symbolizing a mast. A longitudinal, shaped element of variable width is attached to this tube at its lower and upper zones, reaching a maximum width of half the length of the element, the lateral edges of which are connected at the upper and lower points. This element is bent so that the opposite edges touch the tube, while in the center it is as far from the tube as possible. This element, acting as a reflector and lampshade, symbolizes a sail stretched on a mast, bent by the wind. Light bulbs are mounted along the tube, in the area between its contact points with the element symbolizing the sail, so that the light beam falls on the inner surface of the shaped element, undergoing dispersion. The lamp is made of metal with a highly smooth surface and covered with a galvanic decorative layer. The lamp, according to the model, is shown in the diagram in the drawing, which shows the lamp from the side in Fig. 1, and also from the side in Fig. 2, rotated by 90°, as shown in Fig. 1. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the lamp's reflector, a longitudinal element with variable width, reaching its maximum width at half the lamp's height. The element is curved so that it touches the vertical tube at opposite edges, while at its center, it is as far from the tube as possible. Another significant feature of the design is the mounting location of the bulb sockets illuminating the protective element.
