Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia dlugopis w widoku na czesc tylna klipsa, fig. 2 - dlugopis w widoku na boczna czesc klipsa, fig. 3 - dlugopis w widoku z przodu, fig. 4- dlugopis w widoku od dolu, zas fig. 5 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z góry. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Dlugopis posiadajacy nasadke z klipsem, korpus, rekojesc oraz glówke charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zasadniczo cylindryczny korpus z ukosna krawedzia górna umieszczona w polowie wysokosci klipsa. Dolna krawedz korpusu zakonczona jest cylindrycznym pasem o tej samej szerokosci, który styka sie z rekojescia. Wysokosc rekojesci jest o okolo 4/7 wieksza od szerokosci korpusu. Ponadto, rekojesc jest lekko zwezona w czesci srodkowej a na powierzchni posiada pionowe rzedy malych elips i o zróznicowanej wielkosci, które od góry ku srodkowi zmniejszaja swoja wielkosc po czym zwiekszaja swoja wielkosc ku dolowi dlugopisu. Ponizej rekojesci umieszczony jest lekko wypukly pas okolo dwukrotnie wezszy od pasa przy krawedzi dolnej korpusu. Dolna krawedz wypuklego pasa styka sie ze stozkowa glówka. Poza tym, nasadka posiada ukosna krawedz dolna odpowiadajaca krawedzi górnej korpusu, po czym nasadka lekko zweza sie ku górze a jej krawedz górna jest o okolo 1/3 wezsza od szerokosci krawedzi dolnej. Nasadka polaczona jest z klipsem, którego krawedz górna jest o okolo 1/3 wezsza od szerokosci krawedzi górnej nasadki. Klips ku dolowi rozszerza sie osiagajac maksymalna szerokosc na wysokosci odstepu pomiedzy nasadka a' korpusem, po czym zmniejsza swoja szerokosc ku dolnej krawedzi.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 Fig. 5 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ballpoint pen. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from the rear of the clip, Fig. 2 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from the side of the clip, Fig. 3 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from the front, Fig. 4 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from below, and Fig. 5 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from above. A significant feature of the subject industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The ballpoint pen, comprising a cap with a clip, a barrel, a handle, and a head, is characterized by a generally cylindrical barrel with a beveled upper edge positioned midway up the clip. The lower edge of the barrel terminates in a cylindrical band of the same width, which abuts the handle. The handle height is approximately 4/7 greater than the body width. Furthermore, the handle is slightly tapered in the middle and features vertical rows of small, varying-sized ellipses on its surface, decreasing in size from the top toward the center before increasing toward the bottom of the pen. Below the handle is a slightly convex band, approximately twice as wide as the band at the lower edge of the body. The lower edge of the convex band meets the conical head. Furthermore, the cap has a diagonal lower edge corresponding to the upper edge of the body, after which the cap tapers slightly upward, and its upper edge is approximately 1/3 narrower than the width of the lower edge. The cap is connected to a clip, the upper edge of which is approximately 1/3 narrower than the width of the upper cap edge.
