The new form of the industrial design is evident in its original line layout, word and graphic arrangement, and color combination. As shown in Fig. 1-10, the labels in their development have the shape of a rectangular strip divided into three longitudinal bands with three different basic colors and their shades and with different inscriptions located in their central parts specifying the name of the product, of which the central band has a shape similar to a biconcave lens, and the adjacent bands: the upper and lower ones have the shape of a unilaterally convex lens, these bands being separated from the central band by colored lines, and in addition, on both sides of the above-mentioned inscriptions, these labels have additional verbal and graphic markings located in elliptical and circular fields. The label shown in the drawing and illustrative material Fig. 1 and 11 has a red central band changing to a yellow shade at the ends, a pink upper band and its shades at the ends, and a navy blue lower band, with the upper band separated from the central band by a bold yellow line and the lower band separated from the central band by a white line. In the central part of the label there is the inscription "LUNCHEON MEAT HERMAN" situated in three lines, of which the word "LUNCHEON" is situated in the shape of a ring section on the central and upper band and is written in large block blue letters with a yellow border, the word "MEAT" situated on the central band is written in large partially stylised blue letters, and the word "HERMAN" situated on the lower band is written in large bold pale blue letters. On the left side of this inscription there is an ellipse drawing with a yellow border placed on the three aforementioned bands, inside which there are irregularly shaped drawings resembling a pink slice of ham and green inclusions imitating parsley, while on the right side of the inscription there is an elliptical logo with a white border, a red elliptical ring and a white central elliptical field, inside which there is the inscription "HERMAN" placed horizontally and written in large block letters in navy blue, and above it on the upper pink band there is the inscription "PRODUKT POLSKI" written in large block letters in black. the middle band is light green in colour, turning into a yellow shade at the ends, the upper band is light green in colour with its shades at the ends, and the lower band is brown, and the inscription in the middle part of the label is placed "TURKEY PâTÉ HERMAN", wherein the top band is separated from the middle band by a brown line as shown in the illustration Fig. 13, -
