Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt mocujacy do podwieszania rynny, skladajacy sie z dwóch elementów: zaczepu oraz listwy mocujacej. Istota wzoru jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac zarówno zaczepu mocujacego jak i listwy mocujacej, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, wyprofilowaniu oraz rozmieszczeniu otworów i zaczepów sluzacych do polaczenia zaczepu z listwa, a takze do zamocowania rynny. Element pierwszy wzoru przemyslowego, czyli zaczep mocujacy sklada sie z pieciu odmian przedstawionych na arkuszu zbiorczym (Fig.1, Fig.2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 i Fig. 5). Element drugi, czyli listwa mocujaca sklada sie z jednej odmiany (Fig. 6), takze przedstawionej na arkuszu zbiorczym. Figury na kolejnych arkuszach przedstawiaja dodatkowe rzuty pieciu odmian zaczepów w postaci rysunku (odpowiednio Fig 1/1-1/2, Fig 2/1-2/2, Fig 3/1-3/2, Fig 4/1-4/2) oraz w postaci fotografii (Fig. 5/1-5/4) oraz jednej odmiany listwy mocujacej - w postaci fotografii (Fig 6/1-6/3), a takze cztery ujecia uchwytu mocujacego do podwieszania rynny, zlozonego z zaczepu (odmiana nr 5) polaczonego z listwa mocujaca- w postaci fotografii (Fig 7/1-7/4). Zaczep mocujacy stanowi wyprofilowany element, o haczykowatym ksztalcie dopasowanym do profilu rynny, co jest zilustrowane na rysunku. Listwa mocujaca jest elementem o postaci splaszczonej i zaokraglonych dluzszych krawedziach, posiadajaca przy jednym koncu uklad czterech okraglych otworów przelotowych, a przy drugim koncu - dwa zaczepy, co zilustrowano na rysunku.Odmiana nr 1 zaczepu mocujacego Odmiana nr 1 przedstawiona jest na rysunkach Fig 1, Fig 1/1 i Fig 1/2, przy czym na Fig 1/1 przedstawiony jest rzut podstawy Fig 1 z lewej strony, zas na Fig 1/2 - rzut boczny Fig 1. Analogiczne rzutowanie ma miejsce takze w przypadku odmian nr 2, 3 i 4. Zaczep w odmianie nr 1 ma ksztalt dopasowany do rynny o przekroju zblizonym do pólkolistego. W odmianie tej w czesci srodkowej, w obszarze z otworami znajduja sie cztery otwory - dwa owalne i dwa o ksztalcie wydluzonym, jak pokazano na Fig 1/1. W obszarze tym równiez, pomiedzy dwoma otworami, na osi czesci srodkowej zaczepu znajduje sie wyciety i wygiety do wewnatrz zaczepu podluzny, plaski element, skierowany wolnym koncem ku dolowi (Fig 1). Znajdujacy sie na drugim koncu zaczepu wygiety, plaski element ma postac haczyka. Odmiana nr 2 zaczepu mocujacego Odmiana nr 2 przedstawiona jest na rysunkach Fig 2, Fig 2/1 i Fig 2/2. Zaczep w odmianie nr 2 ma ksztalt dopasowany do rynny o przekroju zblizonym do pólkolistego. W odmianie tej w czesci srodkowej, w obszarze z otworami znajduja sie cztery otwory - dwa owalne i dwa o ksztalcie wydluzonym, jak pokazano na Fig 2/1. Znajdujacy sie na drugim koncu zaczepu wygiety, plaski element ma postac haczyka, przy czym w stosunku do odmiany nr 1 posiada on przedluzony prosty fragment stanowiacy zakonczenie zaczepu. Fragment ten zaopatrzony jest w owalny otwór (Fig 2/2). Odmiana nr 3 zaczepu mocujacego Odmiana nr 3 przedstawiona jest na rysunkach Fig 3, Fig 3/1 i Fig 3/2. Zaczep w odmianie nr 3 ma ksztalt dopasowany do rynny o przekroju zblizonym do cwiartki elipsy. W odmianie tej w czesci srodkowej, w obszarze z otworami znajduja sie cztery owalne otwory, jak pokazano na Fig 3/1. Znajdujacy sie na drugim koncu zaczepu wygiety, plaski element ma postac haczyka, analogicznie jak w odmianie nr 1. Odmiana nr 4 zaczepu mocujacego Odmiana nr 4 przedstawiona jest na rysunkach Fig 4, Fig 4/1 i Fig 4/2. Zaczep w odmianie nr 4 ma ksztalt dopasowany do rynny o przekroju zblizonym do pólkolistego. W odmianie tej w czesci srodkowej, w obszarze z otworami znajduja sie cztery otwory - dwa owalne i dwa o ksztalcie wydluzonym, jak pokazano na Fig 4/1. Znajdujacy sie na drugim koncu zaczepu wygiety, plaski element ma postac L-ksztaltna, obejmujaca dwa fragmenty proste o róznej dlugosci, tworzace ze soba kat zblizony do kata prostego. Odmiana nr 5 zaczepu mocujacego Odmiana nr 5 przedstawiona jest na rysunku Fig 5 oraz na fotografiach Fig 5/1-5/4. Zaczep w odmianie nr 5 ma ksztalt dopasowany do rynny o przekroju zblizonym do pólkolistego.W odmianie tej w czesci srodkowej, w obszarze z otworami znajduja sie cztery otwory - dwa owalne i dwa o ksztalcie wydluzonym, jak pokazano na Fig 5/3. W obszarze tym równiez na osi czesci srodkowej zaczepu znajduje sie przymocowany od wewnetrznej strony zaczepu plaski podluzny element, skierowany wolnym koncem ku górze (Fig 5, 5/1, 5/2, 5/4). Znajdujacy sie na drugim koncu zaczepu wygiety, plaski element ma postac haczyka i posiada owalny otwór. The essence of the design is the new and unique design of both the mounting catch and the mounting strip, manifesting itself in their shape, profiling, and the arrangement of holes and catches used to connect the catch to the strip and to secure the gutter. The first element of the industrial design, the mounting catch, consists of five variants presented on the master sheet (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5). The second element, the mounting strip, consists of one variant (Fig. 6), also presented on the master sheet. The figures on the following sheets present additional views of five varieties of catches in the form of drawings (Fig 1/1-1/2, Fig 2/1-2/2, Fig 3/1-3/2, Fig 4/1-4/2, respectively) and in the form of photographs (Fig. 5/1-5/4) and one variety of the mounting strip - in the form of photographs (Fig 6/1-6/3), as well as four views of the mounting bracket for suspending the gutter, consisting of a catch (variant no. 5) connected to a mounting strip - in the form of photographs (Fig 7/1-7/4). The mounting catch is a profiled element with a hooked shape adapted to the gutter profile, which is illustrated in the drawing. The mounting strip is a flattened element with rounded longer edges, having a system of four circular through holes at one end and two hooks at the other end, as illustrated in the drawing. Mounting hook version no. 1 is shown in figures Fig. 1, Fig. 1/1, and Fig. 1/2, where Fig. 1/1 shows a left-side view of the base of Fig. 1, and Fig. 1/2 shows a side view of Fig. 1. A similar projection also applies to versions 2, 3, and 4. The hook in version no. 1 has a shape adapted to a gutter with a cross-section close to semicircular. In this version, in the central part, in the area with holes, there are four holes - two oval and two elongated, as shown in Fig. 1/1. In this area, between two holes, on the axis of the central part of the catch, there is an elongated, flat element cut out and bent inward, with the free end facing downward (Fig. 1). The bent, flat element at the other end of the catch has the form of a hook. Mounting catch variant no. 2 is shown in figures Fig. 2, Fig. 2/1, and Fig. 2/2. The catch in variant no. 2 has a shape adapted to a gutter with a cross-section close to semicircular. In this variant, in the central part, in the area with holes, there are four holes – two oval and two elongated, as shown in Fig. 2/1. The curved, flat element at the other end of the hook is shaped like a hook. Compared to variant no. 1, it has an extended straight section constituting the end of the hook. This section is provided with an oval hole (Fig 2/2). Variant no. 3 of the mounting hook, Variant no. 3, is shown in Figures Fig 3, Fig 3/1, and Fig 3/2. The hook in variant no. 3 is shaped to fit a gutter with a cross-section similar to a quarter-ellipse. In this variant, the central section, in the area with holes, has four oval holes, as shown in Fig 3/1. The bent, flat element at the other end of the hook is shaped like a hook, similar to the one in version No. 1. Version No. 4 of the mounting hook is shown in Figures Fig. 4, Fig. 4/1, and Fig. 4/2. The hook in version No. 4 has a shape that fits a gutter with a cross-section close to semicircular. In this version, the central section, in the area with holes, contains four holes – two oval and two elongated, as shown in Fig. 4/1. The bent, flat element at the other end of the hook is L-shaped, encompassing two straight sections of different lengths, forming an angle close to a right angle. Mounting bracket version no. 5 is shown in drawing Fig. 5 and photographs Fig. 5/1-5/4. The bracket in version no. 5 has a shape that fits a gutter with a cross-section close to semicircular. In this version, in the central part, in the area with holes, there are four holes - two oval and two elongated, as shown in Fig. 5/3. In this area, also on the axis of the central part of the bracket, there is a flat, elongated element attached to the inner side of the bracket, with the free end pointing upwards (Fig. 5, 5/1, 5/2, 5/4). At the other end of the bracket, the bent, flat element has the shape of a hook and an oval hole. Essential features of the industrial design: hooked shape of the profiled catch adapted to the gutter profile, shape and arrangement of holes and catches both in the catch and in the mounting strip as shown in the drawings, various shapes of the catch end elements.
