Zestaw profili Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia: 20.02.2001 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw profili wykorzystywanych w budowie kratek wentylacyjnych i anemostatów. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, nadajacych profilom swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwszy profil w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - drugi profil w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - pierwszy i drugi profil w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - przekrój poprzeczny pierwszego profilu w osi symetrii, fig.5 - przekrój poprzeczny drugiego profilu w osi symetrii. Zestaw wedlug wzoru zdobniczego skladajacy sie z dwóch profili, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze kazdy z profili ma postac wydluzonej, monolitycznej ksztaltki w widoku z góry o ksztalcie równoramiennego trapezu, w widoku z boku zblizonej ksztaltem do laski. Przezsrodek przedniej scianki kazdego profilu przebiega prostopadly uskok dzielacy ja na dwa tej samej szerokosci prostokatne elementy przesuniete wzgledem siebie o grubosc profilu i tworzace prawa scianke profilu. Górna scianka kazdego profilu ma w widoku z góry ksztalt trapezu równoramiennego i sklada sie z trzech czesci, z których czesci boczne pochylone sa w stosunku do czesci srodkowej, prostopadlej do prawej scianki profilu. Prawa czesc górnej scianki kazdego profilu jest szersza niz czesc lewa. Zewnetrzny fragment lewej czesci górnej scianki profilu ma ksztalt plaskiego, prostokatnego elementu, równoleglego do przedniej scianki profilu, z prostokatnym wystepem skierowanym do wnetrza profilu. Z czesci lewej i prawej górnej scianki profilu wystaja do jego wnetrza katowniki, których wolne ramiona skierowane sa do siebie. Czesc srodkowa górnej scianki profilu ma w osi symetrii stozkowate wglebienie z otworem przelotowym. Pierwszy z profili wchodzacy w sklad zestawu posiada na górnym prostokatnym elemencie prawg scianki symetrycznie rozlozone prostokatne otwory oraz owalny otwór w osi symetrii. Drugi z profili charakteryzuje sie natomiast pelnym górnym prostokatnym elementem prawej scianki. PL PLSet of Profiles. The design registration right is valid from: 20 February 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a set of profiles used in the construction of ventilation grilles and diffusers. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines, giving the profiles a unique and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first profile in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second profile in a front view, Fig. 3 - the first and second profiles in top view, Fig. 4 - a cross-section of the first profile along the axis of symmetry, Fig. 5 - a cross-section of the second profile along the axis of symmetry. A set of two profiles, according to the decorative pattern, is characterized by the fact that each profile takes the form of an elongated, monolithic shape in top view, in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, and in side view, similar in shape to a cane. A perpendicular offset runs through the center of the front wall of each profile, dividing it into two rectangular elements of the same width, offset by the profile's thickness, forming the right wall of the profile. The top wall of each profile has the shape of an isosceles trapezoid in top view and consists of three parts, the lateral parts of which are inclined relative to the central part, perpendicular to the right wall of the profile. The right part of the top wall of each profile is wider than the left. The outer section of the left upper wall of the profile is shaped like a flat, rectangular element, parallel to the front wall of the profile, with a rectangular projection facing the inside of the profile. Angle brackets protrude from the left and right upper walls, their free arms facing each other. The central section of the upper wall of the profile has a conical recess with a through hole in its axis of symmetry. The first profile included in the set has symmetrically arranged rectangular holes on the upper rectangular element of the right wall and an oval hole in the axis of symmetry. The second profile, on the other hand, is characterized by a solid upper rectangular element of the right wall.
