Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa dwuosobowa stanowiaca mebel tapicerowany o drewnianym stelazu, którego skladowe elementy laczone sa ksztaltowo na czopy, kolki, gniazda. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie sofy dwuosobowej charakteryzujacej sie zarówno zaletami uzytkowymi, jak i ergonomicznymi zwiazanymi z wygoda uzytkowania, a takze z budowa z ekologicznego materialu, jakim jest drewno. Sofa dwuosobowa równoczesnie z zaletami uzytkowymi zawiera wysokie walory zdobnicze, nadajac sofie indywidualny stylowy charakter i piekno. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku i na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok aksonometryczny sofy dwuosobowej. Material ilustracyjny jak na fig. 2 przedstawia kolorowa odbitke zdjecia perspektywicznego sofy dwuosobowej. Sofa dwuosobowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera stelaz wykonany z drewna o fakturze powierzchni charakterystycznej dla obrobionego drewna, uzupelniona wkladem tapicerskim, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przednie nogi wykonane sa wedlug modelu „sarnie nogi". Maja one na dlugosci, lukowe uksztaltowania z przewezeniami w czesci dolnej nóg i charakterystycznymi trapezowymi, odchylonymi na zewnatrz stopkami stylizujacymi kopytka sarnie, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a two-seater sofa, an upholstered piece of furniture with a wooden frame, the components of which are joined by positively shaped joints using pins, dowels, and sockets. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial shape of the two-seater sofa, characterized by both functional and ergonomic advantages related to comfort of use, as well as its construction from an ecological material: wood. Along with its functional advantages, the two-seater sofa also possesses high decorative values, giving the sofa a unique, stylish character and beauty. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and the attached illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows an axonometric view of the two-seater sofa in Fig. 1. The illustrative material, as in Fig. 2, presents a color print of a perspective photograph of the two-seater sofa. The two-seater sofa, designed according to the industrial design, has a frame made of wood with a surface texture characteristic of processed wood, supplemented with upholstery insert, has essential features of the industrial design, characterized by the fact that the front legs are made according to the "doe legs" model. They have long, arched shapes with narrowings in the lower part of the legs and characteristic trapezoidal, outwardly tilted feet styling doe's hooves, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and in the illustrative material Fig. 2.
