Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest aparat telefoniczny wielofunkcyjny, stolowy lub scienny, skladajacy sie ze sterowniczo-informacyjnego pulpitu operatorskiego z licznymi przyciskami oraz sluchawki z przewodem spiralnym umieszczonej centralnie w osi aparatu. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac aparatu telefonicznego przejawiajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie, barwie jak i usytuowaniu poszczególnych jego fragmentów budowy oraz przycisków manipulacyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia aparat od czola ze zdjeta sluchawka, zas fig. 2 - ten sam aparat w widoku z boku od strony prawej aparatu ze sluchawka odlozona. Aparat telefoniczny przedstawiony na fig. 1 i fig. 2 stanowi oblonarozna i oblokrawedziowa bryla oparta na planie prostokata o dluzszym boku pionowym i pólkolach opratych na krótszych bokach, majaca niewidoczna czesc spodnia, której plyta dolna jest utworzona przez dwie plaszczyny usytuowane pod katem nieco mniejszym niz 180 ° a sciany boczne czesci spodniej stanowia fragment plaszczyzn wypuklych. Górna ekspozycyjnapowierzchnia czolowa aparatu, usytuowana pod niewielkim katem do plaszczyzny podstawy, jest uksztaltowana w postaci wycinka walca o osi przebiegajacej przez srodkowa partie bryly, równolegle do krawedzi pionowej powierzchni czolowej. W czesci górnej plaszczyzny czolowej znajduje sie komora w ksztalcie walca mieszczaca czesc glosnikowa sluchawki zas w czesci dolnej bryla aparatu ma otwór w postaci walca o srednicy mniejszej od srednicy komory w górnej czesci plyty, o sfazowanej górnej krawedzi bedacy gniazdem czesci mikrofonowej sluchawki. Pomiedzy wglebieniem i otworem ustytuowane sa przyciski manipulacyjne usytuowane w pieciu rzedach po trzy przyciski w kazdym rzedzie, wszyskie przyciski maja w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy a os pionowa przycisków dolnych jest mniejsza od osi pionowej przycisków górnych zas nad górnym prawym przycikiem znajduje sie okragly otwór z szybka pólprzezroczysta. Sluchawka aparatu o zaokraglonych krawedziach pionowych ma w rzucie na plaszczyzne ksztalt trapezu o duzej wysokosci i pólkolach opartych na podstawach. Jej plaszczyzna górna jest wypukla, podnisiona nad czescia mikrofonowa zas linia laczaca plaszczyzne górna i dolna sluchawki stanowi wycinek okregu o duzym promieniu. Czesc glosnikowa i mikrofonowa sluchawki maja postac walca. Plyta czolowa aparatu i czesc górna sluchawki sa w kolorze ciemniejszym zas czesc spodnia aparatu i sluchawki sa w jasnym kontrastowym kolorze. Przyciski sa przezroczyste natomiast ich plaszczyzna dolna jest biala i na niej sa umieszczone oznaczenia alafanumeryczne. Oznaczenia funkcyjne trzech przycisków dolnych sa umieszczone pod przyciskami na plycie aparatu, jak pokazano na rysunku, fig. 1 i fig. 2. The design is for a multi-function telephone, either tabletop or wall-mounted, consisting of a control and information panel with numerous buttons and a handset with a spiral cord centrally located on the handset's axis. The essence of the design is a new form of the telephone, manifesting itself in its shape, color, and the positioning of its individual components and operating buttons. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the handset from the front with the handset removed, and Fig. 2 shows the same handset from the side, from the right side, with the handset on hold. The telephone set shown in Figures 1 and 2 is a corner- and round-edged solid based on a rectangular plan with a longer vertical side and semicircles resting on the shorter sides. It has an invisible bottom section, the bottom plate of which is formed by two surfaces positioned at an angle slightly less than 180°, and the side walls of the bottom section constitute fragments of convex planes. The upper display front surface of the set, positioned at a slight angle to the base plane, is shaped as a segment of a cylinder with an axis running through the central part of the solid, parallel to the edge of the vertical front surface. In the upper part of the front surface, there is a cylindrical chamber housing the speaker portion of the handset. In the lower part, the device body has a cylindrical opening with a diameter smaller than the chamber in the upper part of the board, with a chamfered upper edge serving as a socket for the microphone portion of the handset. Between the recess and the opening are control buttons arranged in five rows, three buttons in each row. All buttons are elliptical in plan view, and the vertical axis of the lower buttons is smaller than the vertical axis of the upper buttons. Above the upper right button is a circular opening with a semi-transparent glass. The handset, with rounded vertical edges, has a trapezoidal shape with a large height and semicircles resting on bases. Its upper surface is convex, raised above the microphone section, and the line connecting the upper and lower surfaces of the handset is a segment of a circle with a large radius. The speaker and microphone sections of the handset are cylindrical. The front panel of the handset and the upper part of the handset are darker, while the bottom of the handset and handset are light, contrasting. The buttons are transparent, while their lower surface is white and features alphanumeric markings. The function markings of the three lower buttons are located below the buttons on the handset board, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
