Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest aparat telefoniczny skladajacy sie ze sterowniczo-informacyjnego pulpitu operatorskiego z licznymi przyciskami oraz sluchawki z przewodem spiralnym. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac aparatu telefonicznego przejawiajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie, barwie jak i usytuowaniu poszczególnych jego fragmentów budowy oraz przycisków manipulacyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, która przedstawia aparat w widoku od czola ze zdjeta sluchawka. Aparat telefoniczny przedstawiony na fotografii stanowi oblokrawedziowa i oblonarozna bryla oparta na planie trapezu równoramiennego o nieco dluzszej podstawie górnej, przy czym plyta czolowa aparatu jest podzielona optycznie na dwie czesci, z których czesc lewa wezsza stanowi miejsce spoczynkowe sluchawki uzyskane przez zastosowaniedwóch wglebien, w których umieszcza sie czesc glosnikowa i mikrofonowa sluchawki zas w czesci prawej, szerszej wydzielono pole o prawej linii bocznej pokrywajacej sie czesciowo z prawa krawedzia aparatu i oddzielone linia biegnaca w czesci górnej ukosnie ku górze w prawo, z lewej strony linia biegnaca lekkim lukiem wzdluz pola przeznaczonego na sluchawke i przechodzaca w luk o innym promieniu w czesci dolnej. Nad polem w górnej, lewej czesci umieszczona jest plytka pólprzezroczysta , której ksztalt tworza dwa luki . Na wydzielonym polu na górze znajduja sie trzy przyciski w ksztalcie rozwartokatncgo wycinka kola, przy czym przycisk prawy stanowi wycinek kola o promieniu nieco wiekszym niz lewy. Pod tymi przyciskami znajduje sie dwanascie przycisków umieszczonych po trzy w czterech rzedach. Ksztalt tych przycisków oparty jest na bazie trapezu równoramiennego, w którym podstawy górna i dolna zostaly zastapione lukami. Na dole o prawej stronie wydzielonego pola znajduja sie dwa przyciski w ksztalcie równolegloboku. W srodkowej czesci, przy lewej linii brzegowej pola, znajduje sie plytka majaca ksztalt wycinka kola przylegajacego do lewej krawedzi aparatu, przy czym powierzchnia tej plytki jest pokryta zlobieniami w ksztalcie luków kilku wspólsrodkowych kól. Wglebienie mikrofonowe jest umieszczone w lewym dolnym kacie plyty czolowej i w widoku z góry ma ksztalt litery "U" . Czesc sluchawkowa sluchawki i odpowiadajace jej wglebienie, usytuowane w górnym lewym rogu plyty czolowej maja ksztalt kwadratu o zaokraglonych górnych rogach do którego od góry przylega pólkole, na srodku wglebienia jest uplasowany pólkolisty przycisk. Pomiedzy wglebieniami na czesc mikrofonowa i sluchawkowa sluchawki znajduja sie ukosnie umieszczone waskie otwory o dwóch dlugosciach bedace maskownica glosnika. Pole wydzielone na plycie aparatu jest w kolorze kontrastujacym z kolorem pozostalych elementów aparatu, przy czym przyciski sa wykonane z materialu przezroczystego umieszczonego na jasnym tle, na którym znajduja sie oznaczenia alfa numeryczne, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii. PL PLThe right to register a telephone as an ornamental design has been in effect since January 31, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a telephone consisting of a control and information operator panel with numerous buttons and a handset with a spiral cord. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the telephone, manifesting itself in its shape, color, and the positioning of its individual components and operating buttons. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached photograph, which shows the telephone from the front with the handset removed. The telephone shown in the photograph is a box-shaped, curved, and angular shape based on an isosceles trapezoid with a slightly longer upper base. The front panel is optically divided into two parts. The narrower left part houses the receiver, achieved by two recesses in which the speaker and microphone portions of the receiver are placed. The wider right part contains a separate area with a right lateral line partially overlapping the right edge of the telephone and separated by a line running diagonally upwards to the right at the top. On the left side, a line runs in a slight arc along the receiver area, transitioning into an arc of a different radius at the bottom. Above the area in the upper left part, a semi-transparent plate is placed, the shape of which is created by two arcs. On a dedicated area at the top, there are three buttons shaped like obtuse-angled segments of a circle, with the right button being a segment of a circle with a radius slightly larger than the left. Below these buttons are twelve buttons, arranged in four rows of three. The shape of these buttons is based on an isosceles trapezoid, with the upper and lower bases replaced by arcs. At the bottom, on the right side of the dedicated area, there are two buttons shaped like parallelograms. In the center, near the left edge of the area, there is a plate shaped like a segment of a circle adjacent to the left edge of the camera, the surface of which is covered with grooves shaped like the arcs of several concentric circles. The microphone recess is located in the lower left corner of the front panel and, when viewed from above, has a "U" shape. The earpiece and its corresponding recess, located in the upper left corner of the front panel, are square-shaped with rounded upper corners, adjoined by a semicircle. A semicircular button is located in the center of the recess. Between the recesses for the microphone and earpiece portions of the handset are diagonally placed narrow holes of two lengths, serving as a speaker grille. The separated area on the front panel is colored contrastingly with the other elements of the device, and the buttons are made of a transparent material placed on a light background, which bears alphanumeric markings, as shown in the attached photograph.
