Description

52872 KI. 42 k, 23 Opublikowano: 18JII.1967 &o£% ffcs MKP G 01 i UKq Um& f Twórca wynalazku: dr inz. Andrzej Zielinski Wlasciciel patentu: Krakowskie Zjednoczenie Budownictwa (Zaklad Ba¬ dan i Doswiadczen), Kraków (Polska) Urzadzenie do badan modelowych fundamentów bezposrednich Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urzadzenie do ba¬ dan modelowych fundamentów bezposrednich. 1 przedstawia widok urzadzenia, a fig. Dalej bada sie rze¬ czywiste wlasnosci mechaniczne zmodelowanego podloza, poprzez obciazenie dowolnego ciegna 20 powyzej badanej belki i mierzenie ruchów tego ciegna i ciegien sasiednich. W przypadku gdy chce sie zmienic wlasnosci modelowego podloza zmienia sie przekladnie dzwigni przez inne zawie¬ szenie ciegien 3 lub tez zmienia dlugosc elementu 25 sprezynujacego 6, ciezar obciazników 7, czy tez na¬ ciag ciegna poziomego 5, spelniajacego role ele¬ mentu przenoszacego odksztalcenia poszczególnych punktów sztucznego podloza na punkty sasiednie.W przypadku bowiem poruszenia jednej z dzwigni, 30 ciegno pociaga za soba dzwignie sasiednie, 5287252872 Przez regulacje naciagu ciegien 8, na przyklad za pomoca srub rzymskich 9, mierzonego dynamo- metrem 10 realizuje sie obciazenie zewnetrzne modelu. Zamiast sruby rzymskiej zastosowac mo¬ zna równiez prase hydrauliczna, zaopatrzona w mechanizm zmieniajacy kierunek jej dzialania oraz rozkladajacy sile skupiona na zadany uklad sil. PL52872 KI. 42 k, 23 Published: 18JII.1967 & o £% ffcs MKP G 01 i UKq Um & f Inventor: dr inz. Andrzej Zielinski Patent owner: Krakowskie Związek Budownictwa (Research and Experiences Department), Kraków (Poland) Testing device model direct foundations The subject of the invention is a device for testing model direct foundations. Currently known methods of modeling a soil surface consist in replacing the base with a natural layer of deformable material or with keys on which the model is placed. Substrates made in this way have strictly defined parameters characterizing their mechanical properties and cannot be changed at any time during the tests, both in terms of the number of these parameters and their properties. The method of modeling the substrate according to the invention removes the above drawbacks and consists in replacement of the natural substrate with a system consisting of a set of levers, vertical strings, weights and a mechanism for loading the tested beam with a system of concentrated forces. The device may also include spring-loaded elements increasing the deformation of the system, an element linking the movement of the beam movement of adjacent levers, such as, for example, a horizontal tension and a normal measuring device measuring the magnitude of the tension in the trunks, the magnitude of the loading forces and the magnitude of the model's deformation. both in size and quantity of these p a ¬ rameters. Moreover, the device according to the invention 2 allows for a precise determination of the size of the individual parameters characterizing the substrate and for a simple and precise mathematical interpretation of the mechanical properties of the substrate thus modeled. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, in which Figure 1 is a view of the device and Figure 2 is a section of the device. As shown in the drawing, the body and the device is a frame 1 on which a set of movable levers 4 is supported. To the levers are suspended on both sides the links 3, which are carried on one side of the beam model 2 and on the other side of the weight 7. The device is operated by that the model of the beam 2 is suspended on the legs 3 imitating the deformable substrate and then the tension is leveled with the string 3 using the nuts. The actual mechanical properties of the modeled substrate are further investigated by loading any tendon 20 above the beam under test and measuring the movements of that tendon and its adjacent tendons. If you want to change the properties of the model substrate, the gearing of the lever is changed by a different suspension of the legs 3 or the length of the spring element 6, the weight of the weights 7, or the tension of the horizontal cable 5, which serves as the element transmitting the deformations of individual points of artificial ground on adjacent points, because in the event of movement of one of the levers, 30 the pull rod pulls the adjacent levers, 5287252872 By adjusting the tension of the legs 8, for example with turnbuckles 9, measured by the dynamometer 10, the external load of the model is realized. Instead of a Roman bolt, a hydraulic press can also be used, equipped with a mechanism changing the direction of its operation and distributing the force focused on a given force system. PL
