Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podswietlana obudowa umywalki przeznaczona do mocowania w niej szklanej umywalki stanowiacej monolityczny blat z misa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiada indywidualny charakter nadany jej w szczególnosci przez strukture materialu pólprzezroczystego oraz jego podswietlenie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe umywalki wraz z umywalka w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a Fig.2 przedstawia obudowe umywalki wraz z umywalka w przekroju pionowym A-A. Obudowa umywalki sklada sie z dwóch elementów pustych w srodku w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z zamocowanymi na stale wspornikami, przy czym istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ozdobny material pólprzezroczysty, kamien onyks z którego jest wykonana obudowa i wsporniki oraz umieszczone w kazdym elemencie swietlówki. Podswietlenie obudowy nadaje jej zdobniczy wyglad zewnetrzny i umieszczonej w niej umywalce, oraz spelnia funkcje lampy oswietleniowej w pomieszczeniu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe industrial design is for an illuminated washbasin housing designed to accommodate a glass washbasin, which forms a monolithic countertop with a bowl. The industrial design is novel and unique, given its distinctive character in particular by the structure of the translucent material and its illumination. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the washbasin housing and the washbasin in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the washbasin housing and the washbasin in a vertical cross-section A-A. The washbasin housing consists of two hollow cuboid elements with permanently attached supports. The essential features of the industrial design are the decorative translucent material, the onyx stone from which the housing and supports are made, and the fluorescent lamps located in each element. The backlighting of the housing gives it a decorative appearance and the washbasin placed inside, and also serves as a lighting lamp in the room. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL
