Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podswietlana rama do mocowania lustra stosowanego w lazienkach oraz w pomieszczeniach uzytku publicznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiada indywidualny charakter nadany jej w szczególnosci przez strukture materialu pólprzezroczystego oraz jego podswietlenie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia rame z zamocowanym lustrem w rzucie aksonometrycznym, a Fig.2 podswietlana rame w przekroju poziomym A-A. Podswietlona rama do lustra sklada sie ze scian bocznych i sciany górnej z otworami wentylacyjnymi , przy czym istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ozdobny material, kamien onyks , z którego jest wykonana oraz umieszczone w niej swietlówki. Podswietlenie od wewnatrz ramy do lustra nadaje jej zdobniczy wyglad zewnetrzny oraz spelnia funkcje lampy oswietleniowej w pomieszczeniu, w którym ma zastosowanie.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for an illuminated mirror mounting frame used in bathrooms and public spaces. The industrial design is novel and unique, given its distinctive character by the structure of the translucent material and its illumination. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the frame with the mounted mirror in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the illuminated frame in a horizontal cross-section (A-A). The illuminated mirror frame consists of side walls and a top wall with ventilation openings. The key features of the industrial design are the decorative material, the onyx stone, from which it is made, and the fluorescent lamps within. The backlight from the inside of the frame to the mirror gives it a decorative appearance and serves as a lighting lamp in the room in which it is used. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
