Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wanna szczególnie do hydromasazu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, ukladzie linii i strukturze materialu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wanne prostokatna w widoku perspektywicznym fig.2 przedstawia fragment powierzchni materialu pulpitu i pólki w wersji kolorystycznej, fig. 3 przedstawia fragment powierzchni materialu pulpitu i pólki w innej wersji kolorystycznej. Wanna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, uwidoczniona na fig. 1 ma postac graniastoslupa foremnego o podstawie prostokata . Istota wanny wedlug wzoru przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie niecki kapielowej, w ksztalcie pólki i pulpitu pod elementy sterujace oraz w strukturze i wlasciwosciach powierzchni materialu, z którego wykonana jest pólka i pulpit. Niecka ma nieregularny ksztalt, jej sciany boczne zlozone sa z powierzchni wyprofilowanych po lukach , wkleslych od strony wewnetrznej niecki. Tylna sciana niecki jest lekko wypukla do wewnatrz i przecina sie z powierzchniami wkleslymi usytuowanymi od stron obydwóch tylnych narozników niecki. Krótsze sciany niecki wyprofilowane sa z dwóch przecinajacych sie powierzchni wkleslych tak, ze w czesci srodkowej sciany jest zaokraglona niewysoka wypuklosc przechodzaca w pólkoliste gniazdo w narozniku niecki , polozonym od strony frontowej wanny. Gniazdo to stanowi oparcie dla pleców uzytkownika . Nad gniazdem znajduje sie uskok w ksztalcie lezki , przeznaczony na zaglówek. Przeciwlegly naroznik, polozony na przekatnej jest równiez wyprofilowany pólkoliscie. Przednia sciana niecki jest wklesla, a od góry jest ograniczona wzdluznym uskokiem polozonym ponizej powierzchni obrzeza wanny. W czesci srodkowej obrzeza wanny, polozonego wzdluz jej tylnejkrawedzi, usytuowany jest ozdobny pulpit, zaopatrzony w otwory technologiczne pod elementy sterujace elektronika hydromasazu oraz elementy regulacyjne. Pulpit ma ksztalt waskiej plyty o ksztalcie prostokata w czesci tylnej, a z przodu jest zaokraglony po wypuklym luku zblizonym do wycinka elipsy. Powierzchnia pulpitu ma rysunek gladkiej powierzchni granitu, w charakterystyczne cetki i cieniowane barwy. Pulpit jest wykonany z granitu. Z lewej strony pulpitu, na obrzezu krótkiego boku wanny, znajduje sie pólka w ksztalcie plyty o gladkiej powierzchni i fokturze granitu, o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, wcieta po luku od strony wewnetrznej niecki. Pólka jest wykonana z granitu. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface properties, line arrangement, and material structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a rectangular bathtub in a perspective view; Fig. 2 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the countertop and shelf in a color version; Fig. 3 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the countertop and shelf in a different color version. The bathtub according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, has the form of a regular prism with a rectangular base. The essence of the bathtub according to the design is manifested in the characteristic shape of the bathing basin, the shape of the shelf and control panel, and the structure and surface properties of the material from which the shelf and countertop are made. The basin has an irregular shape, with its side walls composed of arc-shaped surfaces, concave on the inner side of the basin. The rear wall of the basin is slightly convex inward and intersects with concave surfaces located on both rear corners of the basin. The shorter walls of the basin are profiled with two intersecting concave surfaces, so that in the central part of the wall there is a rounded, low bulge that transitions into a semicircular socket in the corner of the basin, located on the front side of the bathtub. This socket provides support for the user's back. Above the socket is a teardrop-shaped recess intended for a headrest. The opposite corner, located diagonally, is also semicircularly profiled. The front wall of the basin is concave, and its top is bordered by a longitudinal ledge located below the bathtub rim. In the center of the bathtub rim, along its rear edge, is a decorative panel equipped with technological openings for the hydromassage electronics and adjustment elements. The panel is shaped like a narrow rectangular plate at the rear, and at the front, it is rounded with a convex arc, almost like a segment of an ellipse. The surface of the panel has the appearance of a smooth granite surface, with characteristic speckles and shaded colors. The panel is made of granite. On the left side of the console, on the edge of the short side of the bathtub, there is a slab-shaped shelf with a smooth surface and granite texture, roughly rectangular in shape with rounded corners, indented in an arc from the inside of the basin. The shelf is made of granite. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 include a new shape of the bathtub basin, whose walls are composed of arc-shaped surfaces, a new shape of the shelf and console for the control and regulation elements, as well as a new material for the shelf and console, with a decorative surface featuring characteristic speckles and shaded colors typical of polished granite surfaces.
