Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wanna szczególnie do hydromasazu. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa , o indywidualnym charakterze postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni , ukladzie linii i strukturze materialu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wanne prostokatna z frontowa sciana wypukla, w widoku perspektywicznym , fig. 2 przedstawia fragment powierzchni materialu pulpitu i pólek w wersji kolorystycznej , fig. 3 przedstawia fragment powierzchni materialu pulpitu i pólek winnej wersji kolorystycznej. Wanna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, uwidoczniona na fig. 1 ma postac graniastoslupa foremnego o podstawie prostokata, którego jeden bok, stanowiacy sciane frontowa wanny, jest wypukly po luku. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w charakterystycznej strukturze i wlasciwosciach powierzchni materialu, z którego wykonany jest pulpit pod elementy sterujace i regulacyjne oraz pólki. Niecka wanny ma wyprofilowane po luku naroza, z wglebieniem pod oparcie pleców uzytkownika , a w prawym przednim narozniku ma uskok pod zaglówek. Na obrzezu wanny , wzdluz jej tylnej sciany polozone sa dwie waskie pólki wykonane z plyty granitowej, o ksztalcie zakrzywionym zgodnie z obrzezem wanny. Polozona z prawej strony pólka ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu sierpa z ostrym koncem, pólka znajdujaca sie z lewej strony ma zakrzywiony tepy koniec zakonczony lukiem. Pomiedzy pólkami, na scianie niecki wyprofilowane sa stopnie schodków kaskady wodnej. Na obrzezu sciany frontowej wanny znajduje sie pulpit pod elementy sterujace i regulacyjne w ksztalcie owalnego wrzeciona z ostrymi wierzcholkami. Pólki i pulpit wykonane sa z ozdobnego materialu w postaci szlifowanego granitu, w charakterystyczne cetki i cieniowane barwy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na fig. 1 to nowy materialpólek i pulpitu o powierzchni ozdobnej w charakterystyczne cetki i cieniowane barwy, wlasciwe dla powierzchni szlifowanego granitu.Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bathtub, particularly a hydromassage bathtub. The essence of the industrial design is a new, unique form of the object, manifested in its shape, surface properties, line arrangement, and material structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a rectangular bathtub with a convex front wall; Fig. 2 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the countertop and shelves in a color version; and Fig. 3 shows a fragment of the surface of the material of the countertop and shelves in a different color version. The bathtub according to the industrial design, shown in Fig. 1, has the form of a regular prism with a rectangular base, one side of which, constituting the front wall of the bathtub, is convex in an arc. The essence of the design lies in the distinctive structure and surface properties of the material from which the control and regulation panel and shelves are made. The bathtub basin features arc-shaped corners with a recess for the user's backrest, and the right front corner has a recess for the headrest. Along the rim of the bathtub, along its rear wall, are two narrow shelves made of granite slab, curved in line with the tub's rim. The right-hand shelf is shaped like a sickle with a sharp tip, while the left-hand shelf has a curved, blunt tip ending in an arc. Between the shelves, on the basin wall, are profiled steps for a water cascade. On the edge of the bathtub's front wall, a console for controls and adjustments is located. It's shaped like an oval spindle with sharp points. The shelves and console are made of a decorative material in the form of polished granite, with characteristic speckles and shaded colors. The essential features of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 include the new material for the shelves and console, with a decorative surface featuring characteristic speckles and shaded colors, typical of polished granite surfaces.
