Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak toaletowy sluzacy do mocowania akcesoriów toaletowych. Znane dotychczas wieszaki zaopatrzone sa w pojemniki na papier toaletowy, które skladaja sie z dwóch polaczonych posrodku czesci uksztaltowanych w formie jednostronnie scietej puszki z pozioma plytka u góry zaopatrzona w otwory. U dolu pokrywa ma wyciecie. Mocujaca plytka jest wyposazona w zaczepy, rynienke i w najbardziej poszerzonej czesci w wysiegniki z gniazdami, zas u dolu w nozyk. Pojemnik taki zawieszany jest na scianie. Znany jest takze stojak do papieru toaletowe- go, który sklada sie z zasobnika na kilka rolek papieru i uchwytu na aktualnie uzytkowana rolke. Wewnatrz oslony usytuowana jest pionowa kolumna, w której suwliwie zamocowane sa rolki papieru. Oslona zamknieta jest od góry pokrywka. Istote stojaka toaletowego stanowi wygiety pret w ksztalcie litery „S", podparty u dolu okragla podstawa stojaka w postaci wygietego pretai zaopatrzonego w górnej czesci w klapke i ramie do mocowania rolki papieru, a w dolnej czesci w pojemnik ze szczotka. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany zostal w ujeciu schema- tycznym na rysunku, na któiym przedstawiono na fig.l widok stojaka z boku, a na fig. 2 - widok stojaka z przodu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego wedlug rysunku na fig. 1 przejawiaja sie tym, ze korpus stojaka i ma postac wygietego preta o przekroju kolistym w ksztalcie splaszczonej litery „S" podpartego u dolu na okraglej podstawie 2 stojaka wykonanej takze z preta o tej sa- mej grubosci i przekroju. W górnej czesci stojaka I, na jego górnym zakrzywieniu umocowane jest obrotowo ramie 3 papieru osloniete od zewnatrz prostokatna klapka 4. W klapce 4 widoczne jest od frontu wyciecie 5, w którym znajduje sie tulejka 6 umieszczona na górnej czesci ramienia 3. W dolnej czesci stojaka 1 na jego dolnym zakrzywie- niu umocowany jest na prostopadlej obejmie 7 pojemnik 8 z kolnie- rzem 9. Wewnatrz pojemnika 8 umieszczona jest szczotka 10, której uchwyt pozostaje widoczny na zewnatrz pojemnika 8. Górny koniec stojaka 1 oraz koniec ramienia 3 papieru zaopatrzone sa w okragle zaslepki 11. . PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toilet rack used to mount toilet accessories. Previously known racks feature toilet paper holders, which consist of two centrally connected parts shaped like a can cut on one side, with a horizontal plate at the top provided with holes. The cover has a cutout at the bottom. The mounting plate is equipped with hooks, a groove, and in the widest part, arms with sockets, while at the bottom, it has a knife. Such a holder is wall-mounted. A toilet paper holder is also known, consisting of a dispenser for several rolls of toilet paper and a holder for the currently used roll. Inside the cover is a vertical column, in which the rolls of toilet paper are slidably mounted. The cover is closed at the top with a lid. The essence of the toilet stand is a bent rod in the shape of the letter "S", supported at the bottom by a round base of the stand in the form of a bent rod, provided in the upper part with a flap and a frame for mounting a paper roll, and in the lower part with a container with a brush. The subject of the industrial design is shown schematically in the drawing, which shows in Fig. 1 a side view of the stand, and in Fig. 2 - a front view of the stand. The essential features of the industrial design according to the drawing in Fig. 1 are manifested in the fact that the body of the stand is in the form of a bent rod with a circular cross-section in the shape of a flattened letter "S", supported at the bottom on a round base 2 of the stand, also made of a rod of the same thickness and cross-section. In the upper part of the stand I, on its upper curve, there is a rotatable paper arm 3, covered from the outside with a rectangular flap 4. In the flap 4, a cutout 5 is visible from the front, in which there is a sleeve 6 placed on the upper part of the arm 3. In the lower part of the stand 1, on its lower curve, there is a container 8 with a collar 9, mounted on a perpendicular clamp 7. Inside the container 8, there is a brush 10, the handle of which remains visible outside the container 8. The upper end of the stand 1 and the end of the paper arm 3 are provided with round plugs 11.
