Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plansza do gry planszowej przeznaczonej dla dzieci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac planszy do gry przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, barwie i powierzchni jej poszczególnych elementów. Znane sa plansze do gry, które stanowia zestawione elementów graficznych tworzacych kompozycje pól o ksztalcie i rozmieszczeniu uksztaltowanych w zaleznosci od zasad gry. Plansza do gry ma postac odrebnego arkusza, na którym mieszcza sie plansza zasadnicza oraz wykroje do przygotowania modeli pionków. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów graficznych na planszy zasadniczej oraz wykrojach do przygotowania modeli pionków. Plansze zasadnicza stanowi arkusz w formie prostokata, na którym na tle w odcieniach kolorów: czerwonego, pomaranczowego, zielonego i niebieskiego miesci sie rysunek toru dla pionków. Kolory tla planszy zasadniczej obrazuja poszczególne czesci kraju: czerwony i pomaranczowy - góry, zólty - wyzyny, zielony - niziny, niebieski - rzeki, jeziora, morze. Tor dla pionków ma postac zóltego pasa podzielonego na ponumerowane pola tworzacego zamkniety obieg o fantazyjnym ksztalcie rozmieszczony na calej powierzchni planszy zasadniczej. Startowe pole tory ma kolorczerwony i ozdobione jest rysunkiem samolotu w kolorze zóltym. Poszczególne odcinki toru dla pionków oddzielone sa od siebie rysunkami zóltych trójkatów wierzcholkiem zwróconych w strone rysunków przedstawiajacych zabudowania w kolorze czerwonym i opatrzonych nazwa miasta. W górnej czesci plansza zasadnicza ozdobiona jest pasem w kolorze fioletowo - granatowym. W górnej czesci planszy zasadniczej mieszcza sie rysunki rakiety, samolotu - dwuplatowca, zaglówki oraz statku. W lewym górnym narozniku wystepuje ozdobny napis zapisany czcionka w kolorach: zóltym, czerwonym, niebieskim w odcieniach, pomaranczowym, szarym, jasnozielonym, rózowym. W dolnej czesci planszy zasadniczej znajduje sie poziomy pas w kolorze fioletowo - granatowym. Wykroje do przygotowanie modeli pionków mieszcza sie u dolu planszy zasadnicza. Stanowia je dwa prostokatne wykroje, na których w centrum mieszcza sie po dwa rysunki przedstawione w lustrzanym odbiciu oraz po obu stronach listki tworzace podstawe pionków. Wykrój pierwszego pionka ozdobiony jest rysunkami rakiety umieszczonej na tle fioletowo - granatowego nieba, rysunku fragmentu planet y oraz ksiezyca. Wykrój drugiego pionka ozdobiony jest rysunkami samolotu dwuplatowca na tle blekitnego nieba i bialych chmur. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of game board, manifested in the shape, color, and surface of its individual elements. Game boards are known as juxtapositions of graphic elements that create a composition of squares, the shape and arrangement of which are shaped according to the rules of the game. The game board is a separate sheet of paper that holds the base board and cutouts for preparing the model pieces. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the individual graphic elements on the base board and cutouts for preparing the model pieces. The base board is a rectangular sheet of paper, on which a drawing of a track for the pieces is placed against a background in shades of red, orange, green, and blue. The background colors of the main board represent different parts of the country: red and orange for mountains, yellow for highlands, green for lowlands, and blue for rivers, lakes, and the sea. The pawn track is a yellow stripe divided into numbered squares, forming a closed, fancifully shaped circuit across the entire surface of the main board. The starting square is red and decorated with a yellow airplane. Individual sections of the track are separated by yellow triangles with their apex facing red buildings and bearing the name of the city. The upper part of the main board is decorated with a purple and navy blue stripe. The upper part of the main board contains images of a rocket, a biplane, a sailboat, and a ship. In the upper left corner, there is a decorative inscription in yellow, red, blue in shades of orange, gray, light green, and pink. A horizontal stripe of purple and navy blue runs along the bottom of the base board. The cutouts for preparing the pawn models are located at the bottom of the base board. They consist of two rectangular cutouts, each with two mirror-image drawings in the center and leaves on either side, forming the bases of the pawns. The cutout of the first pawn is decorated with drawings of a rocket placed against a purple and navy blue sky, a drawing of a fragment of the planet Y, and the moon. The cutout of the second pawn is decorated with drawings of a biplane against a blue sky and white clouds.
