Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik promiennikowy. Znane ze stosowania metalowe grzejniki promiennikowe maja ksztalt bryly foremnej, prostopadlosciennej, plaskiej w jednolitym kolorze. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac grzejnika wolnostojacego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, rysunku i barwie. Grzejnik promiennikowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac dwustronnie gladkiej, foremnej, prostopadlosciennej plyty stojacej na trójkatnych nózkach. Wykonany jest z dwóch plytowych elementów kamienia naturalnego lub syntetycznego, polaczonych ze soba tylnymi scianami miedzy którymi umieszczony jest element grzewczy. Sciany czolowe grzejnika sa jego czesciami zasadniczymi przez które odbywa sie promieniowanie. Sciany te odgrywajaca tez funkcje dekoracyjna. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego, przejawia sie w tym, ze grzejnik promiennikowy wolnostojacy ma ksztalt foremny, prostopadloscienny i dwie gladkie sciany czolowe w kolorze jasno brazowym z naturalnym ornamentem kamienia, tworzonego przez róznobarwne wtracenia i ma trójkatne nózki, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a radiant radiator. Common metal radiant radiators have the shape of a regular, cuboidal, flat solid in a uniform color. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form of the free-standing radiator, manifested in its shape, design, and color. The radiant radiator, according to the industrial design, is a smooth, regular, cuboidal panel standing on triangular legs. It is made of two slab elements of natural or synthetic stone, connected by their rear walls, between which a heating element is placed. The front walls of the radiator are its essential parts, through which radiation passes. These walls also serve a decorative function. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing one of the front walls of the radiator and the legs. An important feature of the industrial design is that the free-standing radiant heater has a regular, cuboidal shape and two smooth front walls in light brown with a natural stone ornament created by multi-colored inclusions and has triangular legs, as shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1 PL PL
