Zdjecia zebrane sa w okreslony, zdobniczy sposób wedlug zalozonego wzoru i tworza zamknieta calosc. Uklad zdjeciowy wedlug wzoru jest nowy i oryginalny w odniesieniu do dotychczas znanych rozwiazan tego typu. O oryginalnym wzornictwie swiadczy polaczenie ukladu zdjec z ogólna ich tematyka ta sama na wszystkich zdjeciach w danym ukladzie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac ukladu zdjeciowego przejawiajaca sie w: ulozeniu zdjec, pozowaniu z okreslonymi akcesoriami postaci na zdjeciach, i na wrazeniu pleneru (przyrodnicze tlo zdjecia).Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: - fig. 1 przedstawia oprawe bedaca tlem zdjec, - fig.2 przedstawia uklad zdjeciowy, na którym postac (dziecko) wystepuje z akcesoriami: sztaluga, paleta i na przyrodniczym tle, - fig3. przedstawia uklad zdjeciowy, na którym postac (dziecko) wystepuje z akcesoriami: kostka slomy, nakrycie glowy (kapelusz) i na przyrodniczym tle. Wykaz odmian wzoru: 1. odmiana ukazana na fig.2 2. odmiana ukazana na fig.3 Cechy istotne niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego to: to, ze uklad zdjeciowy, na którym postac (dziecko) wystepuje z okreslonymi akcesoriami na wszystkich zdjeciach i zdjecia te maja przyrodnicze tlo. The subject of the design is a photographic arrangement consisting of several photographs of the same person, photographed in a specific, precisely defined outdoor location and with specific accessories. The photographs are arranged in a specific, decorative manner according to the established pattern, creating a self-contained whole. The photographic arrangement according to the pattern is new and original compared to previously known solutions of this type. The original design is demonstrated by the combination of the photographic arrangement with the general theme, which is the same in all photographs in a given arrangement. This industrial design is simple, and to reproduce it, simply use the attached illustrative material. The entire design will be created according to the current state of photographic and photographic display technology. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of photographic arrangement, manifested in: the arrangement of photos, the posing of the characters in the photos with specific accessories, and the impression of an open-air setting (a natural background of the photo). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: - Fig. 1 shows the setting serving as the background of the photos, - Fig. 2 shows a photographic arrangement in which the character (child) appears with accessories: an easel, a palette and against a natural background, - Fig. 3 shows a photographic arrangement in which the character (child) appears with accessories: a bale of straw, a headgear (hat) and against a natural background. List of design variations: 1. variation shown in Fig. 2 2. variation shown in Fig. 3 Essential features of this industrial design are: a photographic arrangement in which a figure (child) appears with specific accessories in all photos, and these photos have a nature background. And so in the individual design variations: 1. the photographic arrangement (variation shown in Fig. 2) consists of three photos in the arrangement shown in Fig. 1, in which a figure (child) appears with accessories such as an easel and a palette, and these photos have a nature background. 2. photo arrangement (variation shown in Fig. 3) consists of three photos in the arrangement shown in Fig. 1, in which the figure (child) appears with accessories such as a straw bale and a headgear (hat) and these photos have a nature background.
