KIELISZKAMI Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 02.12.2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak zdobiony stylizowanymi powyginanymi pretami, z dolaczonymi uchwytami na oswietlenie (T- light lub swiece) wraz z butelka i kieliszkami. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego formie, ksztalcie i funkcjonalnosci. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach oraz fotografii. Zestaw rysunków i fotografii przedstawia: Fig. 1 - rysunek stojaka wraz z butelka, kieliszkami na likier i podstawka na T - light lub swiece - widok z boku. Do podstawki umocowano wygiete pod róznymi katami prety - stylizowane na konary drzewa. Do wygietych pretów umocowano na róznych wysokosciach uchwyty na kieliszki do likieru ( w ksztalcie otwartego okregu), lub do wódki (w ksztalcie kólka). Dodatkowo do pretów dolaczono równiez na róznych wysokosciach podstawki na oswietlenie stojaka, w pojemnikach tych mozna umieszczac T - light lub mala swiece. Do najwyzej polozonych konców pretów - konarów, zamocowano pret wygiety w luk stanowiacy uchwyt calosci stojaka. Rods bent at various angles - stylized to resemble tree branches - are attached to the stand. Holders for liqueur glasses (in the shape of an open circle) or vodka glasses (in the shape of a circle) are attached to the bent rods at various heights. Additionally, the rods also feature light holders at various heights. These holders can hold a T-light or a small candle. A curved rod is attached to the highest ends of the rods, or branches, to hold the entire stand. PL PL PL
