Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pokrycie kosmetyczne protezy ręki, wykonane z żywicy, korzystnie epoksydowej. Charakteryzuje się ono tym, że składa się z wielu pierścieni segmentowych (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6), których powierzchnia zewnętrzna odpowiada kształtem powierzchni fragmentu zdrowej ręki. Pierścienie segmentowe (1.1 —1.6) są ze sobą połączone podstawami w sposób trwały — za pomocą kleju — lub rozłącznie, za pomocą zatrzasków lub śrub, poprzez odpowiednio uformowane gniazda i wypusty albo otwory przelotowe. Przynajmniej jeden z pierścieni segmentowych (1.2), mocowany wokół przegubu stawu łokciowego (2.1) protezy, oraz przynajmniej jeden z pierścieni segmentowych (1.6), mocowany wokół przegubu stawu nadgarstka (2.2) protezy, posiadają mniejszą sztywność niż pozostałe pierścienie segmentowe (1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5). Pierścienie segmentowe (1.1 —1.6) zamocowane są do powierzchni zewnętrznej protezy (3) za pomocą elementu łączącego. Element łączący ma postać materiału amortyzująco-mocującego, wybranego spośród: pianki poliuretanowej o otwartych komórkach, silikonu, gumy EPDM, elastycznego kleju poliuretanowego, elastycznej masy butylowej lub neoprenu. Element łączący otacza lokalnie elementy protezy i wypełnia przestrzeń pomiędzy wewnętrzną powierzchnią pierścieni segmentowych a protezą, zapewniając mocowanie i elastyczność połączenia.
