Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stabilna forma amorficzna naproksenu z poliwinylopirolidonem charakteryzujący się tym, że realizuje się go w następujących etapach: naproksen miesza się z poliwinylopirolidonem; uzyskaną mieszaninę homogenizuje się; uzyskaną masę poddaje się amorfizacji CO2 w stanie nadkrytycznym; uzyskaną mieszaninę końcową homogenizuje się. Zgłoszenie dotyczy również stabilnej formy amorficznej naproksenu z poliwinylopirolidonem.
