Abstract

Połączenie dwóch belek dwuteowych, polega na tym, że dwuteowniki (3a) i (3b) o wysokości „H” i szerokości półek „B”, przy czym H/B≤2,0, są połączone spoiną doczołową wzmocnioną przez łącznik śrubowy (5) klasy 10.9 albo 12.9, który osadzony jest rozłącznie do doczołowej blachy (1) i równolegle do górnej półki dwuteownika (3a) i (3b) oraz blacha doczołowa (1) o grubości „a” oraz wysokości „h” jest usztywniona pionowym żeberkiem (2) o grubości „c”, wysokości „b” i szerokości „b”, które jest osadzone na stałe, korzystnie spawane doczołowo do blachy doczołowej (1) i półki dwuteownika (3a) lub (3b) i ma podkładkę kwadratowa (4) pomiędzy pionowym żeberkiem (2) górną półką dwuteownika (3a) i (3b) i doczołową blachą (1) oraz podkładka kwadratowa (4) ma wymiary o boku „d” i grubości „e” i ma bok „d” w przedziale od „B/2 - 6c” do „B/2 - 4c”, lecz nie mniej niż 5 x ř, a grubość „e” wynosi co najmniej 1,5 x ř oraz łącznik śrubowy (5) jest skręcany za pomocą nakrętki (6) i podkładki kwadratowej (4).
