RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ LUDOWEJ OPIS PATENTOWY Nr 45041 KL 80 b, 11/40 Jan Konieczny Milanówek, Polaka Sposób odzyskiwania proszków sciarnych ze zlomu tarcz sclornych Patent dodatkowy do patentu nr 36567 Patent trwa od dnia 24 pazdziernika 1957 r.Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób odzyski¬ wania proszków sciernych ze zlomu tarcz scier¬ nych, wykonalnych na spoiwie ze sztucznych zywic lufo na ispoiwie chemicznym (np. chlorku wapniowym).Dotychczas sposób odzyskiwania proszków z tarcz sciernych o takim spoiwie polegal na kruszeniu zlomu i na wykorzystywaniu otrzy¬ manego ziarna do produkcji nowych tarcz sciernych. Sposób ten daje w praktyce slabe wyniki, poniewaz duzo ziaren odzyskiwanych jest polamanych', a ponadto uzyskuje sie du¬ zo pylu. Odzyskane (ta droga ziarno posiada in¬ na granulacje od ziarna w tarczach ze zlomu, tak ze nie nadaje sie juz do wytwarzania tarcz sciernych, lecz tylko do produkcji papieru sciernego.Z patentu glównego nr 36567 znane jest od¬ zyskiwanie proszków sciernych ze zlomu tarcz sciernych na ispoiwie gumowym. Sposób ten polega na ogrzewaniu zlomu do temperatury spalania sie kauczuku i nastepnie na odsianiu proszków sciernych.Stwierdzono, ze równiez w przypadku tarcz sciernych wykonanych na spoiwie z tworzyw sztucznych lub chemicznym, mozna regenero¬ wac proszek scierny w sposób analogiczny jak opisany w patencie glównym nr 36567, z tym jednak, ze ze wzgledu na inny charakter che¬ miczny spoiwa, spalenie jego przeprowadza sie w temperaturze nizszej anizeli w przypadku spoiwa gumowego.
