Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest całkowita związana endoproteza stawu kolanowego zaopatrzona w komponent trzpienia mimośrodowego z odbarczeniem komponentu udowego, komponent kolanowy, piszczelowy komponent zawiasowy oraz piszczelowy komponent trzpienia mimośrodowego z odbarczeniem, charakteryzująca się tym, że komponent kolanowy (2) zaopatrzony jest w otwór, w którym umieszczona jest sprężyna (25) osadzona na trzpieniu (26), którego jeden koniec zaopatrzony jest w śrubę (21) regulacji naprężenia sprężyny (25), a drugi koniec opiera się o powierzchnię boczną trzpienia zawiasu (27) piszczelowego komponentu zawiasowego.
