Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest całkowita związana endoproteza stawu kolanowego zaopatrzona w komponent trzpienia mimośrodowego z odbarczeniem komponentu udowego, komponent kolanowy, piszczelowy komponent zawiasowy oraz piszczelowy komponent trzpienia mimośrodowego z odbarczeniem, charakteryzująca się tym, że komponent kolanowy (2) zaopatrzony jest w otwór, w którym umieszczona jest sprężyna (25) osadzona na trzpieniu (26), którego jeden koniec zaopatrzony jest w śrubę (21) regulacji naprężenia sprężyny (25), a drugi koniec opiera się o powierzchnię boczną trzpienia zawiasu (27) piszczelowego komponentu zawiasowego.The subject of the application is a total constrained knee joint endoprosthesis provided with an eccentric stem component with decompression of the femoral component, a knee component, a tibial hinge component and a tibial component of the eccentric stem with decompression, characterized in that the knee component (2) is provided with a hole in which a spring (25) mounted on a stem (26) is placed, one end of which is provided with a screw (21) for adjusting the tension of the spring (25), and the other end rests on the lateral surface of the hinge stem (27) of the tibial hinge component.
