Abstract

Przedmiotem jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytu bazie poli(chlorku winylu) (PVC) przeznaczonego do wykorzystania w branży budowlanej, czy ogrodniczej, a w tym w produkcji płyt, profili oraz materiałów termo i wibroizolacyjnych. Sposób polega na tym, że przemiał odpadów z łopat turbin wiatrowych (rGF) zawierający włókno szklane i żywicę poliestrową o rozmiarze cząstek od 1 do 12 mm w ilości od 10% do 70% masowych, miesza się z plastyfikowanym PVC w postaci proszku w ilości od 90% do 30% masowych w temperaturze otoczenia w czasie nie krótszy niż 5 minut, po czym tak ujednorodnioną mieszaninę wprowadza się do układu uplastyczniającego wytłaczarki dwuślimakowej współbieżnej, gdzie po zhomogenizowaniu i uplastycznieniu rzeczony kompozyt przetłacza się do głowicy wytłaczarskiej otworowej i w znany sposób granuluje się.
