Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wiata modułowa, zawierająca dwa podparcia usytuowane naprzeciwko siebie, gdzie każde ma słupy wsporcze o różnej długości połączone dolnymi końcami z podstawą, a od góry połączone z pochyloną do podłoża pod kątem częścią dachową, przy czym części dachowe połączone są rozłącznie z belkami poprzecznymi, charakteryzująca się tym, że podparcie (2) wiaty (1) ma podstawę (2.1) połączoną na końcach z dolnym końcem dłuższego słupa wsporczego (2.2) i dolnym końcem krótszego słupa wsporczego (2.3), których górne końce złączone są z częścią dachową (2.4), zaś podstawa (2.1) podparcia (2) wiaty (1) posiada pionowe otwory, przez które osadzona jest na pionowych elementach łączących (3.1) fundamentu (3), przy czym pionowe elementy łączące (3.1) są trwale zespolone z fundamentem (3) i są umieszczone w jego wgłębieniu. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wykonania wiaty modułowej.
