Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest głowica ścinkowo-zrębkująca, która umożliwia ścinkę oraz rozdrobnienie, czyli zezrębkowanie całych drzew pozyskiwanych w młodym drzewostanie. Głowica ścinkowo-zrębkująca składa się z ramy (6), w której umieszczone są na dźwigniach (11) dwie rolki posuwowe (4) skośnie użebrowane i nie leżące w jednej płaszczyźnie i skośnie użebrowana rolka posuwowa (12) umieszczona centralnie pomiędzy nimi oraz położone powyżej dwie dźwignie chwytające (5). Do dolnej części ramy (6) przymocowany jest zespół ścinająco-zrębkujący złożony z osłony (7) z wycięciem na części obwodu, wewnątrz której jest okrągła tarcza (1) z zębami tnącymi (2) zamocowanymi za pomocą nitów na obwodzie oraz proste noże zrębkujące, ustawione promieniowo na tarczy (1), zamontowane szczelinowo za pomocą śrub. Do górnej strony osłony tarczy (7) zmontowany jest przeciwnóż. Dolna część osłony tarczy (7) posiada wycięte promieniowo wzdłużne otwory.The subject of the application is a felling and chipping head that enables the felling and shredding, i.e., chipping, of whole trees harvested from young stands. The felling and chipping head consists of a frame (6) in which two diagonally ribbed feed rollers (4) are mounted on levers (11), a diagonally ribbed feed roller (12) positioned centrally between them, and two gripping levers (5) located above. Attached to the lower part of the frame (6) is a felling and chipping assembly consisting of a cover (7) with a cutout along part of its circumference, inside which is a circular disc (1) with cutting teeth (2) secured with rivets around its circumference, and straight chipping knives arranged radially on the disc (1) and mounted in slots with screws. A counter-knife is mounted to the upper side of the disc cover (7). The lower part of the disc guard (7) has radially cut longitudinal holes.
