Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest opakowanie otwarte od góry do układania w stosy, mające zastosowanie do składowania poprzez sztaplowanie, dla transportowania oraz eksponowania w handlu owoców i warzyw. Opakowanie otwarte od góry, wykonane z jednego arkusza tektury, tektury falistej, kartonu lub tworzywa sztucznego, mające po uformowaniu kształt prostopadłościanu, utworzone z szeregowo powiązanych ścian ograniczonych liniami gięcia i liniami cięcia, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma podzielone liniami gięcia A, A' i B, B' prostokątne ściany: dwie identyczne ściany frontowe (2') i dwie identyczne dwudzielne ściany boczne, podzielone liniami gięcia C, C', C", C'": ścianę boczną wewnętrzną wyposażoną w uchwyt (7) z wypustem zabezpieczającym (8) oraz ścianę boczną zewnętrzną (3B) wyposażoną w otwór blokujący (9, 9') i wypusty stabilizujące, natomiast dno (1) na krótszych krawędziach wzdłuż ścian bocznych na linii gięcia B, B' ma skierowane do wewnątrz gniazda, zaś w narożnikach, gdzie ściany frontowe (2') stykają się ze ścianami bocznymi są skrzydełka wyznaczone przez linie gięcia F, F' i G, G', podzielone linią gięcia D, D' na dwa trójkątne pola, natomiast ściana boczna zewnętrzna (3B) na krótszej krawędzi w linii gięcia E, E' posiada zakładki stabilizujące z wypustami (11, 11') i wybraniem.
