Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy szczep bakterii Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 484 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów PCM w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk im. Ludwika Hirszfelda we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00379 o właściwościach probiotycznych. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób inhibicji wzrostu bakterii patogennych za pomocą bakterii probiotycznych Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus, charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się nowe bakterie probiotyczne Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus 484 o numerze depozytu B/00379, które wykazują hamujące działanie wobec bakterii Gram-ujemnych Escherichia coli oraz Gram-dodatnich: Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus pyogenes, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae.
