Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wyliczania in silico tętniczej funkcji wejściowej (AIF), przy czym sposób obejmuje wybieranie klasy (CM, CMC) i rzędu (n) modelu farmakokinetyki. Rząd (n) modelu farmakokinetyki to liczba kompartmentów w wybranym modelu farmakokinetyki. Zgłoszenie zapewnia w szczególności wyliczenie tętniczej funkcji wejściowej (AIF) na wlocie do docelowego obszaru krążeniowego (VOI). Wyliczona tętnicza funkcja wejściowa (AIF) jest następnie wykorzystywana do wyliczenia perfuzji, a w szczególności metryk perfuzji. Wyliczone in silico tętnicze funkcje wejściowej (AIF) porównano z wynikami otrzymanymi in vivo. Zaobserwowano zgodność pomiędzy wynikami in silico i in vivo na poziomie umożliwiającym medyczne zastosowanie wynalazku. W szczególności, umożliwiającym określenie metryk perfuzji.
