Abstract

Zespół kotła centralnego ogrzewania na paliwo stałe, zawiera część paleniskową (1) połączoną z wymiennikiem ciepła (2). Część paleniskowa (1) zawiera odprowadzenie spalin ze strefy ponad rusztem (8), w postaci pierwszego kanału (12.1) pomiędzy dwoma płytami ceramicznymi (11.1, 11.2), przy czym druga płyta ceramiczna (11.2) części paleniskowej (1) tworzy wraz z trzecią płytą ceramiczną (11.3) wymiennika ciepła (2), drugi kanał (12.2) przepływu spalin. Wymiennik ciepła (2) zawiera labiryntowy kanał (21) przepływu spalin pomiędzy połączonymi przepływowo komorami (23) czynnika grzewczego część paleniskowa (1) jest połączona rozłącznie z wymiennikiem ciepła (2) za pośrednictwem obwodowych kołnierzy (3.1, 3.2), przy czym, szczelina wlotu spalin w części paleniskowej (1) kotła zawiera na styku drugiej płyty ceramicznej (11.2) oraz rusztu (8) kształtkę (15) w formie belki o prostokątnym przekroju poprzecznym.
