Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest preforma elementu osłonowego, zawierająca co najmniej dwie preformy elementu komorowego, przy czym każda preforma elementu komorowego obejmuje ścianę pierwszą i ścianę (4) drugą wykonane z arkusza metalowego, rozmieszczone względem siebie przy zachowaniu luki, przy czym krawędzie poszczególnych ścian są uszczelnione za pośrednictwem uszczelnienia (6a) krawędziowego, przy czym na co najmniej jednej ścianie pierwszej preformy elementu komorowego lub drugiej preformy elementu komorowego rozmieszczony jest zawór (5), przy czym co najmniej jedna ściana, każdej preformy elementu komorowego wyposażona jest w co najmniej jeden otwór komunikacyjny, przy czym preformy elementu komorowego są zwrócone do siebie odpowiednimi ścianami tak, że preformy elementu komorowego są połączone ze sobą krawędziami obwodowymi odpowiednich otworów komunikacyjnych za pośrednictwem uszczelnienia obwodowego, dla określenia szczelnej hermetycznej przestrzeni wewnętrznej preformy elementu osłonowego obejmującej przestrzeń wewnętrzną co najmniej pierwszej preformy elementu komorowego i drugiej preformy elementu komorowego. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania preformy elementu osłonowego, jak również sposób wytwarzania elementu osłonowego.
