Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób modyfikacji warstwy wierzchniej żeliwa białego przez stopowanie laserowe, w którym to obrabianą warstwę wierzchnią tego materiału pokrywa się kompozycją stopową składającą się z proszków pierwiastków boru, chromu i niklu w proporcji 1:1:1 oraz środka wiążącego, którym jest będące powszechnie używane w tym celu szkło wodne, a następnie nagrzewa się taką powierzchnię wiązka laserową o gęstości energii wiązki laserowej (przypadającej na jednostkę powierzchni) w zakresie od 0,45 do 0,7 J•cm-2.
