Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób działania przekaźnika kontaktronowego - sensora umożliwiającego pozyskanie informacji o zmianie pozycji/położenia przedmiotów ferromagnetycznych, w tym części maszyn i urządzeń. Sposób działania przekaźnika polega na tym, że do końcówek magnetowodów (3), połączonych końcami z jednej strony kontaktowo z biegunami odpowiednio N i S magnesu stałego (2), dochodzących drugimi końcami do ściany zewnętrznej obudowy przekaźnika (9) zbliżany jest element inicjujący (4) wykonany z ferromagnetyku, aż do zetknięcia z końcówkami magnetowodów (3) i powoduje zwiększenie rozpływu strumieni magnetycznych pochodzących od magnesu stałego (2) poprzez magnetowody (3) oraz przez element inicjujący (4) i tym samym zmniejsza strumień magnetyczny płynący przez kontaktron (1), powodując rozłączenie złączonych w stanie spoczynku styków kontaktronu (1).The subject of the application is a method of operation of a reed relay - a sensor enabling the acquisition of information on changes in the position/location of ferromagnetic objects, including parts of machines and devices. The method of operation of the relay consists in bringing an initiating element (4) made of a ferromagnetic material into contact with the ends of the magnetic conductors (3), connected at one end to the N and S poles of a permanent magnet (2), and with their other ends connected to the outer wall of the relay housing (9), until it comes into contact with the ends of the magnetic conductors (3). This increases the flow of magnetic fluxes from the permanent magnet (2) through the magnetic conductors (3) and through the initiating element (4), thus reducing the magnetic flux flowing through the reed switch (1), causing the disconnection of the reed switch (1) contacts, which are connected in the idle state.
