Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element zabezpieczający (1) zawierający podłoże (10) dla transmisyjnego elementu optycznego oraz transmisyjny element optyczny (11). Wynalazek ma zastosowanie do zabezpieczania wartościowych dokumentów, w tym banknotów. Element zabezpieczający (1) charakteryzuje się tym, że podłoże (10) dla transmisyjnego elementu optycznego jest folią (10) posiadającą na co najmniej jednej stronie środki adhezyjne (13), przy czym co najmniej jeden obszar folii (10), na tej co najmniej jednej stronie ze środkami adhezyjnymi (13), jest pozbawiony środków adhezyjnych (13) oraz tym, że nanoszenie transmisyjnego elementu optycznego (11) na folię (10) jest wykonywane techniką nadruku na jej obszarze bez środków adhezyjnych (13). Ponadto przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również nośnik (2) zawierający taki element zabezpieczający (1).
