Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przedstawiony na rysunku sposób przemysłowego recyklingu różnego rodzaju paneli i ogniw fotowoltaicznych w tym uszkodzonych lub nieuszkodzonych, wycofanych z eksploatacji, linia technologiczna do realizacji tego sposobu oraz urządzenie do demontażu ramek aluminiowych z paneli fotowoltaicznych nieuszkodzonych do zastosowania w tej linii. Proces przewiduje utylizację paneli fotowoltaicznych na jednej linii produkcyjnej z jednoczesnym odzyskiwaniem nieuszkodzonych profili ramek aluminiowych, szkła o wysokiej czystości, koncentratu krzemu krystalicznego i amorficznego, polimerów EVA, PET, PVF (Tedlar) oraz pierwiastków wchodzących w skład paneli fotowoltaicznych, takich jak Cd, In, Ga, Ge, Te, Si, Zn, Sn zgodnie z zasadą gospodarki odpadami o obiegu zamkniętym.The subject of the application is a method for the industrial recycling of various types of photovoltaic panels and cells, including damaged or undamaged, decommissioned photovoltaic panels, a process line for implementing this method, and a device for dismantling aluminum frames from undamaged photovoltaic panels for use in this line. The process involves the disposal of photovoltaic panels on a single production line while simultaneously recovering undamaged aluminum frame profiles, high-purity glass, crystalline and amorphous silicon concentrate, EVA, PET, PVF (Tedlar) polymers, and elements included in photovoltaic panels, such as Cd, In, Ga, Ge, Te, Si, Zn, and Sn, in accordance with the principle of closed-loop waste management.
