Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest etykieta elektroniczna ze zbieraczem danych składająca się z podłoża, druku farbami specjalistycznymi i komponentów elektronicznych charakteryzuje się tym, że na elastycznym i cienkim, syntetycznym lub biodegradowalnym substracie (1) w postaci cienkiej płaszczyzny papierowej lub polimerów celulozowych lub włókien innego rodzaju umieszczone są za pomocą technik drukarskich i/lub technik druku addytywnego 3D, nadrukiem warstwowym sensory i czujniki (2), wyświetlacz/indykator (3), baterie (5) połączone ze sobą za pomocą drukowanych ścieżek lub warstw przewodzących (8) oraz zaprogramowany mikrokontroler (4) doklejony za pomocą kleju przewodzącego, element aktywujący etykietę (6) jak również dwustronnie klejący element montażowy zabezpieczony warstwą dedykowanego materiału (9), który poprzez usunięcie pozwala na montaż etykiety do różnych podłoży podczas późniejszego użytkowania, przy czym górna warstwa etykiety jest zabezpieczona izolującym elementem oddzielającym (7). Zgłoszenie obejmuje także sposób wytwarzania etykiety elektronicznej.
