Abstract

- złagodzić bóle stawu, nerwu lub mięśnia przykładając odpowiednie elektrody aparatu TENS.The invention enables exercise and rehabilitation of various organs of the human body, while also serving as a means of rest and relaxation. The invention comprises the following components: a fixed base (1), a swinging device (2), and a specially designed reclining chair (3) equipped with a retractable crossbar (4), on which various parts for resting exercises are mounted. Exercises can be performed in a sitting, semi-reclining, or lying position. Exercises can be performed while the swinging device (2) is in motion or after it is immobilized. The reclining chair (3) is activated by the exerciser's muscles or by known electrical, pneumatic, voice, or even, in special cases, signals from the brain. A crossbar (7) is attached between the posts (6) of the fixed base (1), from which pulleys with cables strung across them are suspended. The adjustable length cables are terminated with stays and weights. The stays are equipped with additional hand grips, enabling simultaneous exercise of the legs and arms. The supports allow you to perform both active and resistance exercises. After completing your planned exercises, you can lie comfortably on the specially designed chair-bed (3) and rest. The chair-bed (3) allows you to rest with your legs raised by raising the adjustable leg cushion (19) to any height on the extendable crossbar (4). You can rest with the pendulum device (2) turned on or after it is immobilized. The chair-bed (3) is designed to allow for a variety of treatments during rest, such as relieving joint, nerve, or muscle pain by applying appropriate TENS electrodes.
