Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu unieszkodliwiania i oczyszczania wody poprodukcyjnej powstającej w procesie produkcji nadtlenków organicznych, w szczególności ketonowych nadtlenków organicznych. Polega on na tym, że do wody poprodukcyjnej o pH w zakresie 2+/-1,5 dodaje się rozpuszczalne w wodzie związki żelaza (II) i/lub (III), w ilościach, w których stosunek wagowy lub molowy nadtlenków do jonów żelaza wynosi od 1:50 do 1:500, korzystnie 1:200+/-100, w temperaturze 60°C-90°C, korzystnie 70°C-80°C, a następnie otrzymaną mieszaninę traktuje się związkami wapnia w postaci tlenku, wodorotlenku lub węglanu wapnia w celu zobojętnienia oraz usunięcia jonów żelaza, siarczanów i fosforanów.The invention relates to a method for neutralizing and purifying wastewater generated in the production of organic peroxides, in particular ketone organic peroxides. It involves adding water-soluble iron (II) and/or (III) compounds to wastewater with a pH in the range of 2+/-1.5, in amounts in which the weight or molar ratio of peroxides to iron ions is from 1:50 to 1:500, preferably 1:200+/-100, at a temperature of 60°C-90°C, preferably 70°C-80°C, and then treating the resulting mixture with calcium compounds in the form of calcium oxide, hydroxide, or carbonate to neutralize and remove iron ions, sulfates, and phosphates.
