Abstract

Przetwornik (1) jest montowany pomiędzy sąsiadujące ze sobą końce pierwszego (4) i drugiego (5) odcinka wału przenoszącego moment skręcający. Zawiera pierwszą (2) i drugą (3) połówkę magnetowodu, pierścieniowy magnes stały, czujnik pola magnetycznego (20) oraz element sprężysty w postaci śrubowej sprężyny (12) z wyodrębnionym pierwszym i drugim jej końcem. Każda z tych połówek (2, 3) magnetowodu ma tuleję (6, 8) oraz co najmniej dwa bieguny (7', 7") rozmieszczone w regularnych odstępach na obwodzie tulei (6, 8). Pierwsza połówka (2) magnetowodu zamocowana jest na końcu pierwszego odcinka (4) wału, zaś druga połówka (3) magnetowodu zamocowana jest na końcu drugiego odcinka (5) wału. Każdy biegun (7', 7") jednej połówki (2, 3) magnetowodu sąsiaduje z odpowiadającym mu biegunem (7', 7") drugiej połówki (2, 3) magnetowodu, tworząc szczelinę pomiarową (19) dla czujnika pola magnetycznego (20). Magnes stały zamocowany jest współosiowo na tulei (6) pierwszej połówki (2) magnetowodu, natomiast sprężyna (12) ulokowana jest współosiowo z obiema połówkami (2, 3) magnetowodu oraz zamocowana jest swym pierwszym końcem do pierwszej połówki (2) magnetowodu i swym drugim końcem do drugiej połówki (3) magnetowodu.
