Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest płyta warstwowa z rdzeniem wielowarstwowym poliuretanowym zawierająca trójwarstwowy rdzeń, na który składają się strefa zewnętrzna (A), strefa środkowa (B) i strefa wewnętrzna (C), które są trwale połączone ze sobą i ze stalowymi okładzinami. Poszczególne strefy: zewnętrzna (A), środkowa (B) i wewnętrzna (C) stanowią pianki poliizocyjanuranowe (PIR) wytworzone z mieszanin o różnych składach, które łącznie nadają rdzeniowi właściwości mechaniczne i izolacyjne. Strefa środkowa (B) w swoim składzie zawiera żywice fenolowo-formaldehydowe, kwas mrówkowy i korzystnie glinkę montmorylonitową.
