Abstract

Układ inicjalizacji bloków cyfrowych RFID posiada pierwszy tranzystor (T1) dołączony źródłem do masy układu (gnd), drenem jednocześnie do wyjścia inicjalizacji (Int), do wejścia zasilającego (HRV) poprzez pierwszy rezystor (R1), do bramki drugiego tranzystora (T2) i do drenu trzeciego tranzystora (T3), a bramką do drenu drugiego tranzystora (T2) i do masy układu (gnd) poprzez drugi kondensator (C2). Drugi tranzystor (T2) dołączony jest źródłem do masy układu (gnd), a drenem do wejścia zasilającego (HRV) poprzez drugi rezystor (R2). Trzeci tranzystor (T3) dołączony jest źródłem do masy układu (gnd), a bramką jednocześnie do masy układu (gnd) poprzez kondensator (Cr), do wejścia zasilającego (HRV) poprzez trzeci rezystor (Rr) oraz do źródła i bramki czwartego tranzystora (Tr), którego dren dołączony jest do wejścia zasilającego (HRV).
