Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób i układ do korygowania położenia w płaszczyźnie osi szyny mobilnych urządzeń pomiarowo-kontrolnych. Sposób składa się z etapów, w których: wprowadza się w ruch pojazd pomiarowy wyposażony w mobilne urządzenie pomiarowe (2), zawierające przetworniki pomiarowe, zlokalizowane na badanej szynie kolejowej (1) albo nieznacznie nad nią, przymocowane do podwozia (R) pojazdu pomiarowego poprzez zawieszenie (3) umożliwiające prostopadłe przemieszczenie przetworników mobilnego urządzenia pomiarowego (2) względem pionowej osi badanej szyny kolejowej (1); następnie przy pomocy dalmierza laserowego (6) przymocowanego do podwozia (R) pojazdu pomiarowego mierzy się odległość D pomiędzy dalmierzem laserowym (6) a boczną powierzchnią roboczą główki szyny kolejowej (1), poprzez emisję laserowej wiązki pomiarowej (7) o dwuwymiarowym zakresie pomiarowym (S); po czym przekazuje się informację o odległości D do modułu sterującego automatyki (5), przy pomocy którego wyznacza się wartość korekcji położenia przetworników urządzenia pomiarowego (2); następnie przy pomocy napędu korygującego (4) koryguje się o wyznaczoną wartość położenie przetworników urządzenia pomiarowego (2) w płaszczyźnie pionowej osi szyny kolejowej (1). Układ posiada przetworniki mobilnego urządzenia pomiarowego (2) zlokalizowane na badanej szynie kolejowej (1) albo nieznacznie nad nią, a do jego górnej części jest przymocowane zawieszenie (3) umożliwiające prostopadłe przemieszczenie przetworników mobilnego urządzenia pomiarowego (2) względem osi badanej szyny kolejowej (1), które to zawieszenie (3) jest przymocowane do podwozia (R) pojazdu pomiarowego, przy czym przetworniki urządzenia pomiarowego (2) są połączone z napędem korygującym (4), połączonym z modułem sterującym automatyki (5) do wyznaczania wartości korekcji, który to moduł jest połączony z dalmierzem laserowym (6) do mierzenia odległości D pomiędzy nim a boczną powierzchnią roboczą główki szyny kolejowej (1), przy czym dalmierz laserowy (6) jest przymocowany do podwozia (R) pojazdu pomiarowego, natomiast laserowa wiązka pomiarowa (7) o dwuwymiarowym zakresie pomiarowym (S) jest skierowana w stronę bocznej powierzchni roboczej główki szyny kolejowej (1).The subject of the application is a method and system for correcting the position in the plane of the rail axis of mobile measuring and control devices. The method consists of stages in which: a measuring vehicle is set in motion equipped with a mobile measuring device (2), containing measuring transducers located on the tested railway rail (1) or slightly above it, attached to the chassis (R) of the measuring vehicle by means of a suspension (3) enabling perpendicular displacement of the transducers of the mobile measuring device (2) relative to the vertical axis of the tested railway rail (1); then, using a laser rangefinder (6) attached to the chassis (R) of the measuring vehicle, the distance D between the laser rangefinder (6) and the lateral working surface of the railway rail head (1) is measured by emitting a laser measuring beam (7) with a two-dimensional measuring range (S); after which information on the distance D is transmitted to the automation control module (5), by means of which the position correction value of the transducers of the measuring device (2) is determined; then, using the corrective drive (4), the position of the measuring device transducers (2) in the vertical plane of the railway rail axis (1) is corrected by the determined value. The system has transducers of a mobile measuring device (2) located on the tested railway rail (1) or slightly above it, and a suspension (3) is attached to its upper part enabling perpendicular displacement of the transducers of the mobile measuring device (2) relative to the axis of the tested railway rail (1), which suspension (3) is attached to the chassis (R) of the measuring vehicle, wherein the transducers of the measuring device (2) are connected to a correcting drive (4) connected to an automation control module (5) for determining the correction value, which module is connected to a laser rangefinder (6) for measuring the distance D between it and the lateral working surface of the railway rail head (1), wherein the laser rangefinder (6) is attached to the chassis (R) of the measuring vehicle, while the laser measuring beam (7) with a two-dimensional measuring range (S) is directed towards the lateral working surface of the railway rail head (1).
