Abstract

Sposób automatycznego separowania arkuszy laminowanych wielowarstwowymi materiałami samoprzylepnymi, charakteryzuje się tym, że w trakcie przesuwu wstęgi laminatu (3) łączącego arkusze laminowanego materiału bazowego (1, 2) laminat (3) nacina się powierzchniowo („kiss cut”) za pomocą ruchomej głowicy tnącej bez naruszania materiału laminowanego (1, 2), tj. bez uszkodzenia lub odcięcia oryginalnych krawędzi materiału bazowego (1, 2), tzw. „krawędzi markowych”, a także bez uszkodzenia lub rozwarstwienia ciętego laminatu (3), przy czym prowadnicę zintegrowaną z głowicą tnącą ustawia się ukośnie w stosunku do osi przesuwu wstęgi laminatu (3), zapewniając prostopadłą linię nacięcia laminatu (3). Głowica przesuwa się wzdłuż prowadnicy, korzystnie z prędkością dostosowywaną do prędkości przesuwu wstęgi laminatu (3), według wzoru opisującego zależność tych prędkości: Vn = Vlam / cos α, gdzie Vn — prędkość przesuwu noża, Vlam — prędkość przesuwu laminatu, α — kąt ostry pomiędzy ścieżką ruchu narzędzia a osią przesuwu laminatu.A method of automatic separation of sheets laminated with multi-layer self-adhesive materials is characterized in that during the advance of the laminate web (3) connecting sheets of laminated base material (1, 2), the laminate (3) is cut on the surface ("kiss cut") by means of a movable cutting head without damaging the laminated material (1, 2), i.e. without damaging or cutting off the original edges of the base material (1, 2), the so-called "brand edges", and also without damaging or delaminating the cut laminate (3), wherein the guide integrated with the cutting head is positioned obliquely in relation to the axis of advance of the laminate web (3), ensuring a perpendicular line of cut of the laminate (3). The head moves along the guide, preferably at a speed adapted to the speed of the laminate web (3), according to the formula describing the relationship between these speeds: Vn = Vlam / cos α, where Vn — knife feed speed, Vlam — laminate feed speed, α — acute angle between the tool movement path and the laminate feed axis.
