Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest syntetyczny bioaktywny materiał hydroksyapatytowy modyfikowany oraz sposób jego otrzymywania. Syntetyczny bioaktywny materiał hydroksyapatytowy modyfikowany, w postaci cząstek nanometrycznych, zawiera wapń Ca w ilości 38,97 do 39,81% wag. oraz fosfor P w ilości 18,39 do 18,57% wag. związane w nanokrystaliczny hydroksyapatyt HAP domieszkowany, a domieszka zawiera co najmniej jeden metal wybrany spośród magnezu Mg albo strontu Sr albo cynku Zn, wprowadzony w postaci kationu Mg<sup>2+</sup> albo kationu Sr<sup>2+</sup> albo kationu Zn<sup>2+</sup>, gdzie zawartość strontu wynosi od 0,09 do 1,3% wag., zawartość cynku wynosi od 0,06 do 0,97% wag., zawartość magnezu wynosi od 0,02 do 0,36% wag. Natomiast sposób otrzymywania syntetycznego bioaktywnego materiału hydroksyapatytowego domieszkowanego metodą chemiczną na mokro, gdzie w alkalicznych warunkach reakcji syntezy z roztworu reakcyjnego, zawierającego źródło wielu jonów, w tym jony Ca<sup>2+</sup> oraz metalu wprowadzonego w postaci kationu Mg<sup>2+</sup> albo kationu Sr<sup>2+</sup> albo kationu Zn<sup>2+</sup>, wytrąca się w postaci osadu związki zawierające fosfor i wapń. Reakcję prowadzi się w zakresie temperatur od 25°C do 65°C w czasie od 2 do 12 godzin, przy pH roztworu o wartości od 9 do 11. Do roztworu reakcyjnego dozuje się roztwór wodny zawierający jony fosforanowe PO<sub>4</sub><sup>3-</sup>, i utrzymuje stan równowagi substratów, aż do wyczerpania i wytrącenia osadu z nanometrycznej wielkości cząstkami krystalicznymi hydroksyapatytu z domieszką. Osad oczyszcza się przez wielokrotne odwirowanie z prędkością od 3500 do 4000 rpm w czasie 2 do 5 min przemiennie z przemywaniem wodą dejonizowaną do uzyskania odczynu obojętnego, i poddaje suszeniu.
